I purchased Melanie C’s autobiography Who I Am (or the Sporty One in America) on its release but it has taken me a while to get around to reading it. Now that I have, I wish I had a long time ago! It’s a really beautiful book and so inspiring. I’m a massive fan of the spice girls and I guess I was a bit worried that ‘looking behind the curtain’ may spoil it for me but it’s just so clear how much love and respect Melanie has for that time and the girls and has been through a big journey to be who she is now. I can’t recommend it enough. Also, I love that the chapters are named after Spice Girls and solo song titles!!! Feeling today... Nicht ganz greifbar, doch nicht so ganz gar nichts... Was ich heute bin, weiß ich nicht. Ich kann es nicht sortieren heute und doch ist da aber eine Strömung. Jemand sagte vor kurzem, dass das "Männliche" etwas sein könnte, was den Rahmen schafft, etwas was Sicherheit gibt, generell etwas Gebendes. Das fühle ich heute so. Wobei ich allerdings nicht wirklich sagen kann, wie sich denn nun Weiblichkeit anfühlt. Ich weiß es einfach nicht. Nehmend, bzw. empfangend? Aber... kann eine Frau denn nicht ebenfalls Gebend sein in ihrer Weiblichkeit so wie ein Mann empfangend in seiner Männlichkeit? Woran macht man das fest? Wer sagt, dass das eine so ist und das andere so? Fakt ist, heute fühle ich mich nach Bart. Warum? Ich weiß es nicht. Fühlt sich halt so an. Macht mich das nun männlich? Der Großteil der Bevölkerung würde dies wohl bejahen und irgendwie ist das auxh okay. Nun... sei es drum. Dann bin ich heute einfach männlich unterwegs. Und doch immer noch ich. Das kreative Dings, was mehr Lust daran hat, Welten und Ausdruck zu kreieren, als sich wirklich daran zu stören, wie die Menschen mich nun lesen. Und so kreiere ich auch mich jeden Tag, jeden Moment, immer wieder neu. Und ja, heute mussten es mal zwei Beiträge sein. Mir geht so vieles durch mein Sein, dass das alles einfach irgendwie in Worte und Bilder fließen darf. Und ich finde gerade die ganze Genderthematik darf ruhig laut und auf jede persönliche Art und Weise ausgedrückt werden. Jeder Mensch hat seine eigene Bedeutungsgebung durch das, was seine Innerlichkeit geprägt hat. Diese ganze Diskussion um Weiblichkeit, Männlichkeit, und alles dazwischen kann doch nur in Entwicklung kommen, wenn man alles Perspektiven dazu beleuchtet. Verständnis für- und untereinander kann nur entstehen, wenn Menschen aus ihrer ganz eigenen Erfahrung sprechen können und dürfen. Ohne ein Urteil zu erfahren. Auf jeder Seite. Jeder Pol und jede Schwingung dazwischen hat seine uneingeschränkte Daseinsberechtigung. Und steht in allem gleichwertig neben- und zueinander. Und ich möchte mit meiner eigenen Erfahrung und meinem Erleben ebenso dazu beitragen, dass Menschen sich trauen sich zu zeigen.

➿️➰️Oneness...➰️➿️ Einssein... In mir bewegt sich die Frage, welchen Sinn das überhaupt für "mein" Leben macht. Einssein, alle Möglichkeiten eines möglichen Lebens, wenn doch gerade alles stillsteht. Wenn alles, was mein Leben gerade berührt, gar nicht das ist, was ich wirklich bin. Was mich wirklich erfüllt. Ich will hier heute gar nicht darüber schreiben. Das würde vermutlich Ausmaße annehmen, die einerseits wohl sehr wirr und chaotisch anmuten würden und ob das überhaupt relevant ist, ist auch fraglich. Ich "schreibe" das lieber in meine Bilder. My name is Laura and I am 37yrs young, I have two children, one boy of 15 and a girl of 12 who thinks she is 21 😆. I love all things beauty but my main passion is skin in all its forms! My main hobby apart from skin studies is gardening which helps with making my own natural plant remedies such as growing chamomile and echinacea for my herbal teas aswell as growing my own produce for cooking however I'm no Alan Titchmarsh...yet! I also love to bake which the whole family enjoy including my little doggo Frank (the crumb hoover) who is quite often very vocal in greeting you all on arrival to the studio 😂. And obviously being a North East Scotland resident I do enjoy a good walk with all our stunning scenery which I feel so lucky to have right on my doorstep.
