I have been away from coffee for over three weeks. What have I noticed? My digestion is better. On the negative side of things, I have had some oxalate dumping and intense cravings for coffee that didn’t kick in until just a couple of days ago. It is weird to me that I’d suddenly experience such intense cravings for coffee after over three weeks away from it. It was much easier during the previous few weeks. What’s missing in the calories in calories out vs paleo vs carnivore vs pro metabolic vs vegan vs medical medium (I could go on and on 😝) conversation? First of all - there’s a whole lot of nuance missing & the conversation about LIGHT, mitochondria, leptin & the electron transport chain is either misconstrued or non existent.
