Eating out at Disneyland Paris with food allergies? We spent 3 days at Disneyland Paris across 2 parks (studios and the Disney park). On our first day we booked the character breakfast at the Plaza Gardens. When we arrived we asked for the allergen menu and we were pleasantly surprised when a large folder arrived. After inspecting the menu for some time, we found the only thing my son could eat was bacon and decided instead we would give him the coco pops we had prepacked along with some banana bread we travelled with the previous day. When the waiter came over to take our orders we explained that only 3 of us would be eating from there as my son couldn't consume the food safely due to allergies. The waiter called over the Manager who told us that despite him not eating he would still need to charge us 80 euro for him to sit with us. Whilst the experience itself was very sweet and my son enjoyed meeting the characters, the way we were treated (and penalised) for their limited menu meant we left with a bitter taste. Grogu biscuit: Was just alright it was meant to be Pistachio and Hazelnut chocolate but the Pistachio was incredibley suttle. Popcorn: Is always winner no matter where you are. The Mickey beignet: Was so disappointing just iced bun with with out ice. The mini desserts from Pym's kitchen: Was decent even if the blue custard looks iffy. The Groot biscuit: Was nice but more of a novelty. The quiche Lorraine: Was beautiful.😍 The Mickey Bar: Always hit hard. The Mad Hatter's unbirthday ice cream: Was amazing and my personal favourite. Some of my favorite meals/ snacks from our last trip to Disneyland 😋 First the birria Ramen from the Lucky Fortune Cookery, this will run you $15.49 plus tax. The broth flavor was great and the egg was a nice touch😌 overall I would give it a 7/10. The noodles were ok but I’ve had better ramen. The infamous raspberry rose macaron from Jolly Holiday Bakery, $6.49. This lived up to the hype!! It was so good by far my fav macaron I’ve had at Disney❤️ 10/10 The seasonal Snowball hard float from Clarabelles is a treat, this alcoholic treat/ beverage is $18.00 and is very refreshing while still being a dessert. I would get this again 8.5/10 The chicken pesto cone from the Cozy cone ($9.99) was very good. Better than the other ones I’ve tried. And you can’t go wrong with some pesto. The chicken was a little blah so 8/10 You guys already know my love for the Chilaquiles from Lamplight Lounge($21.00).It is one of my family’s favorites at Disney and a must do everytime we’re there. 10/10 The Cheesy garlic pretzel bread from Edelweiss Snacks($7.49) is my new fav snack at Disney. I think it has become one of my favourites now. Foodie Friday! Let's take a look at Hollywood Studios' newest table service, Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land. We loved the theming of this family style restaurant. Our meal started with the Prospector's Homemade Cheddar Biscuits and sweet pepper jelly. We had to stop eating these so we would have room for our dinner! Next came three salads. We aren't big salad people so we could have skipped this course. We chose Force Field Fried Pickles, Slinky Doooog Mac and Cheese, The Married Spuds and Buckin' Baked Beans. For the entree portion you are served a basket with Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs, Buttercup's Beef Brisket ( my fav), There's a Sausage in my Boot, BBQ Chicken. We did not order the salmon but later regretted that we did not. Lastly we tried the Bo's lemon and blueberry cheesecake and Goat's Apple Pie.
