✨Just a reminder for everyone again!! 😍 You may not know but big changes are underway over here and I am now working as a certified plant based nutritionist and specializing in helping women (especially moms!) stop struggling with weight, feel more confident in their bodies, and put an end to the confusion regarding what is healthy. Basically I help them love what they see in the mirror again. Right now I have 5 spots for my “Get Your Body Back Call” where we can chat about your body & weight goals and setup a plan for how you can love your body again. If you’d like to set up a time to chat, do so here: https://plantyourdestiny.com/discovery-call/ Or, go to think link in my bio! (If you don’t see any openings that fit your schedule, let me know) I get most of my clients through word of mouth and it would mean so much to me if you shared this with a mom friend who is struggling with their weight—and all the embarrassing things that come with it that we don’t like to talk about, like hating what they see in the mirror, not feeling confident, emotionally over eating, or worried how their food choices impact their family. I have lived it, so I get it! Thank you so much, your support means a lot to me!! Thank you so much again to @dianacorwinphotography for this awesome headshot! #mombod #losethebabyweight #findyourselfagain #loveyourbodyafterbaby

🌟Exciting news!!! READ BELOW!! 😍‼️ Some of you may have noticed I have been absent from social media for a while. Well not absent, but not posting as much as I was before. This is because I was taking a step back to work on the backend of my business. There was a lot of stuff that needed to be fine-tuned, and I couldn’t keep up with everything and make it as awesome as I wanted to. But today I’d like to officially announce the relaunch of my health coaching business. I am now working as a Health & Wellness Coach for Moms! I specialize in helping moms LOVE their body and find themselves again after having a baby. I help moms with proper nutrition to keep their breast milk supply up but also help them love what they see in the mirror again. Right now I have 5 SPOTS open for a GET YOUR BODY BACK CALL where we can chat about your goals and how you can love your body again after baby. You can schedule by going to the link in my bio! If you don’t see any openings that fit your schedule, let me know [email protected] It would mean so much to me if everyone shared this with people who you think might want to get in touch. If you know someone who is breastfeeding, struggling with baby weight, or hating what they see in the mirror, please let them know they’re not alone! I’m finally two years postpartum, so I have lived it too! Thank you so much everyone for always supporting me in everything I do. I can’t wait to start helping as many moms as possible because let’s be real: WE DESERVE TO LOVE OURSELVES!! When your doctor gives you the best compliment… Truly, it actually made me tear up a bit in the office. Yesterday, I finally had my follow up post delivery to make sure all is healed and well, so I can move forward with no restrictions. Good news, all is great. But what she said to me literally made me feel so proud of my body. She praised me for my recovery and my strength. For how strong my 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 is and how well I take care of my core as a whole. Anyone can do ab workouts. Anyone can do crunches… but what does “core strength” actually mean. Let me tell you. Your core is not just your visible abs, or your obliques, or about being “skinny” enough to see a 6 pack. Your core is a whole, encompassed with your mid section, pelvis (pelvic floor), spine and back, which in return influence your posture, your legs, and your overall joint health. My entire pregnancy I truly focused on engaging my whole core and training that to the max, safely. I taught myself about the muscle groups and how they effect one another. I modified my workouts to meet my goals. I didn’t do it for anyone other than me with my recovery in mind. That end goal. But to have my doctor recognize my strength… really hit home. My delivery itself she is still blown away with and again talked about the strength I used to push out little bubs. How most people don’t understand that engagement which makes delivery hard. If I have learned anything this pregnancy it is truly about engaging not just your outer layer, but learning to connect those deep ones. I may not be where I want to be, but I am absolutely in love and proud of what I have accomplished. Remember, your goals don’t always have to be weight loss. Your goals are powerful no matter what they look like! Keep striving!

. Each mark on my belly signifies the pain and strength my body used to create you. Each mark demonstrates how perfect and sweet you are. Each mark reminds me just how lucky I am to have you. They are not pretty, but they are MINE. & because I have them, I have you my sweet love 🤍 #loveyourbodyafterbaby

Here at @motherhood.aligned this week we are talking about MENTAL HEALTH! There are so many aspects to mental health…. And the way we treat and talk to ourselves is a symptom of things going on inside our mind. Negative self talk is a pattern… one that we get stuck in which can turn into an addiction. Even though it feels bad when we pick ourselves apart… it can also feel normal, safe, & a part of our routine. This is confusing, but often times why we keep doing it. It is self-soothing even though it doesn’t logically make sense. Today we are sharing a way to BREAK THE PATTERN of self-loathing in the moment any time you start to tear yourself down. Self-love doesn’t appear one day… it’s a practice we return to again & again & again. It is rebellious to love yourself, have confidence, & embrace your entire self. Society & the patriarchy have taught us to self-loath. Be rebellious and love yourself as often and as loud as possible 🔥👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 . . . #postpartumbody #postpartumbodylove #loveyourbodyafterbaby #bodyafterbaby #selflovetips #bodylove #loveyourbody #loveyourselfquotes #bodyimage #mombod #mommybody #afterbabybody #afterbabybelly #mentalhealthformoms #postpartumdepression #postpartumanxiety #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters

I LOVE MY BODY @dilworthtribe shares: dear new mom, mom of four over here. don’t worry, i won’t be THAT mom giving you unsolicited advice cause guess what— i don’t know you or your baby, only you do. what i do know after being pregnant five times and carrying four to full term is that my body is not the same. and it probably will never be. my hips are wider. my stomach softer. my thighs are wide and squishy and i pee with most movements and well, let’s not even talk about the war zone that are my lady bits 💀💀— but as a seasoned mama... i can tell you confidently that... i 👏🏽 love 👏🏽 my 👏🏽 body this beautiful body of mine carried five sweet souls. it was their safe haven, their home. it nourished them and kept them safe. so while you’re over there covered in spit up, no telling the last time you have been able to shower, your legs are probably hairy and your nipples are sore and leaking. just know that you are beautiful. just like you are. your body has literally been through hell and back. the world is mean enough sweet mama, so please please be kind to yourself. you are not alone. you’re never alone. 💜@momsmaternalhealth ➡️TAG a mama friend and lets #normalizepostpartumbodies for the love 🤟🏽

@jennifuur_ “I don’t think I’ve taken a picture by myself in years. I’ve realized it’s because I’m so insecure. I have changed so much these past couple of years. I never wear makeup anymore. I haven’t dyed my hair in years to hide my grey hairs. My eye lashes aren’t long anymore. My eyebrows aren’t full. I have wrinkles and dark circles under my eyes. I have a round face and double chin. I’ve gained over 50 pounds since pregnancy and I have horrible stretch marks. Going through all these physical changes is so hard and even though I complain about how much I don’t like my physical appearance, at the same time I am learning to love myself. I love not wearing makeup anymore because now my skin is the healthiest it’s been in years. I love my stretch marks because they are a remembrance that I carried my daughter for 9 months and gave her life. I love my natural hair color with a hint of grey. I love that even though I’m not thin or curvy, my body is healthy. I love that my body isn’t the same as it was because I am a different person from before. I am a mother to a beautiful babygirl, married to my best friend and going on 5 years sober! I have so much to be thankful for, and instead of lingering on all these negative thoughts, I’m learning to embrace all the blessings I have in my life, including my physical appearance. My husband, my daughter, friends and family love me the way I am.” ❤️ ⬇️Show yourself some love - what is something you’ve learned to LOVE about yourself/your body after having a baby?

After gaining and losing over 100 lbs over 3 pregnancies... and 3 c sections... I wanted my confidence back. I wanted to feel like myself again. I wanted to stop hiding in my maternity clothes and loose tops. 🤷🏽‍♀️ . I am grateful for the workouts, nutrition, and supportive fit squad I found in the process! Even more excited that this week, a new program was added to my streaming workout library specifically for pregnant women and moms who recently had babies. 🤰🏽🤱🏻 It’s amazing how we expect to just “bounce back” after having kiddos, but no one really tells us how to do that safely, efficiently, and with the care and grace we deserve... until now. 💕 . If this speaks to you and you want some info- reach out to me or leave a ✊🏽 in comments. I got you, boo.

Having a baby changes your life. And that's an understatement, right? It's not just the late nights, early mornings, round the clock feedings, on-the-call-all-the-time exhaustion that gets to you. It's the fact that your body changed in such a drastic way. You don't feel like yourself. You don't look like yourself. And you're having a tough time dealing with the fact that you used to be able to lift that weight, do that exercise, go to that class. And now you're not sure if your body can handle it. Now you're not sure where to go from here. We're given so much information as new moms on how to take care of our babies. But few women get solid, research-backed advice on how to take care of themselves. That's why I'm sharing some of the most important things I wish I had known in this new free program. Plus you'll get 3 free core and booty workouts too (because regaining core and glute strength is a key goal postpartum moms need in their lives). Click the link in my bio @jennadaltonfitness and "Free Core & Booty Workout Program" to get your copy. #freeworkouts #freeworkoutprogram #freecoreworkout #workoutsformoms #coreworkoutformoms #coreworkoutprogram #coreworkoutplan #bootybuilding #mombutt #momswhostrengthtrain #momswholift #newmom #momoftwo #toddlermom #postpartumfitness #fitmom #healthymom #strongmom #happymom #postpartumathleticism #certifiedpostpartumathleticismcoach #certifiedpostpartumfitnesstrainer #bodyafterbaby #bodyimageafterbaby #loveyourbodyafterbaby #motherhood #momsofinstagram #instagrammom #momlife #fitnessformoms

I'd like to introduce my friend, @mrscristymaz. Look at this transformation... but look at her SMILE. She just radiates self esteem. Here is her story "I tried so many different diets - Weight Watchers, Medifast, Dr. Oz, 3 Day Diet, the works, but nothing ever stuck. I would just go back to eating like crap and drinking allllll the alcohol. I had alllllways been overweight, since I was in middle/high school 😕. After being tired of failing, I then tried an online health and fitness program with an amazing coach and group support. I will NEVER turn back". Cristina has lost 45lbs this year and is seriously ROCKING her journey!! She inspires me daily 💖. • If you are tired of trying everything and failing. Try something that embraces body, mind, and soul. Something that will inspire you to lead a lifestyle not a diet or quick fix rather something that you can do forever. My new group starts TOMORROW. I can get you started right away... Stop with the excuses and take charge of your life now. Let's do this! So excited about this class! It's the only exercise class designed to restrengthen the areas of the body that have been affected by pregnancy. That means core, core, core and more, of course. Our 'core' exercise philosophy is different-you need to activate your pelvic floor, multifidus (lower back muscle that surrounds your spine) and transverse abdominus-come learn the first step in helping your body function optimally again. You absolutely can have your waist line and flat abdominal wall back after you've had your babies. #momswholovetoexercise #bodyafterbaby #diastasisrecti #pelvicfloor #fitpregnancy #fitmom #healing #loveyourbodyafterbaby
