Finished book #9 for the year! This one was a 4 star for me but it is also the only Nicholas Sparks book I’ve read! I’ve watched this movie so many times I felt like I had to read the book. Ronnie’s character development in this is so heartwarming to me and I got so emotional when her dad shares what he has been hiding and through the end of the book. L'idée est loin de plaire à la jeune fille qui préférerait plutôt rester chez elle à New York. Dans cette histoire de famille et d'amitié, de secrets et de pardon, où se mêlent premiers amours et secondes chances, le père tentera de se rapprocher de sa fille à l'aide de la seule chose qu'ils aient en commun: la musique. Mon avis : Magnifique ! Romantique ! Emouvant ! Une belle adaptation du roman éponyme de Nicholas Sparks, que j'ai lu après avoir vu le film plusieurs fois. Il y a quelques changements mais comme toujours dans les adaptations de NS, ça ne gâche rien à la beauté du film. Et le duo d'acteur principal est toujours choisi avec brio. Par contre, ce qui m'agace c'est 50% du doublage en VF et l'autre en version québécoise, ça casse un peu la magie du film, mais ça n'est que mon avis de casse-pied concernant ma passion du doublage. I love this book and it was my first ever Nicholas Sparks read back when I was a baby in middle school! Ronnie’s life changes with her parents divorce and her father’s move to Wrightsville beach. She hasn’t spoken to her father in three years because he left her and her brother and never looked back. Her mother decides they need to spend the Summer with their dad and drops them off. Ronnie doesn’t accept her dad’s attempt at reconciliation and wants to leave before summer is over. Will is the one who makes her stay and she finds herself falling for him. 💘 new author alert for me 💘 So guys I’m sort of becoming obsessed with @nicholassparks books and movies lately. I’ve always been a #romancebooks and #slowburnromance fan and he is really a master at this from what I’ve watched and read so far! I watched #thenotebook for the first time awhile ago back in my school days but didn’t read it for the first time until a couple years ago and really found I loved both the book and movie. Recently #amazon had a sale for #nicholassparks books and I got curious and picked up a couple: #theluckyone and #awalktoremember! I watched #theluckyone last weekend and fell in love with it and now I’m reading the book for the first time and think it’s even better than the movie in some ways! I watched #safehaven tonight and fell in love with that movie too and now can’t wait to read the book soon enough! It's gonna be lengthy but let me share this! It was a few weeks ago, when I went for a walk in the city on a cool evening and visited the forum Mall. Stepping inside the mall, I headed straight to my fav place, Crossword bookstore. After spending hours of time in the midst of countless books, I decided to make a move. Suddenly I took a step back and randomly picked this book. I wasn't familiar with this book before but when I took the book in my hand, I just walked back to the counter and bought it! Luckily it was the only copy left in the store. And now after reading this book a couple of times, I couldn't thank myself enough for choosing this book. Thank God for taking me to the city. This book is worth everything! It's been 9 years since this book has been published and the top-notch is I'm reading this now when I'm 23! . Dear author, Your debut work is brilliant! The way you conveyed of what Life is in just 100 pages is amazing! Would love to read more of your writings.. Poslednja pesma - Nikolas Sparks Uvek mi nedostaju Sparksove knjige, iako sam poslednju njegovu pročitala prošlog leta. Kada vas Sparks uvodi u priču, to čini polako sa poprilično detaljnom situacijom o glavnim likovima, kakve su recimo knjige "Dragi Džone", "Najduže putovanje", "Beležnica". Slično je i sa ovom knjigom. Prilikom čitanja vodila sam sitne beleške o svim karakterima koji su se pojavljivali u knjizi, jer ih ima mnogo, ali ću pažnju posvetiti najvažnijim. A nakon završetka knjige, odgledala sam i istoimeni film koji knjizi ne može ni da priđe. Suština je ista, ali razlike su vidljive. Scene su u knjizi mnogo emotivnije. Ako ste gledali filmove zasnovane na Sparksovim romanima, a ovaj vam je promakao, nećete mnogo propustiti. Posvetite se knjizi. "Poslednja pesma" započinje tragedijom koja se desila šest meseci ranije, tačnije požarom jedne crkve u malom gradiću. Šest meseci nakon požara, Veronika i njen mlađi brat Džona na zahtev njihove majke Kim odlaze kod oca kako bi proveli leto. Veronika to nerado prihvata i ne slaže se sa tim, jer oca nije videla ni čula godinama unazad. Nije bio tu kada joj je najviše trebao i to je delimično razlog zbog čega je postala buntovna tinejdžerka koju je par puta uhvatila policija. Kako ne bi ostalo na tome, Roni prvog dana po dolasku na plaži upoznaje momka po imenu Vil i sa njim započinje priču koja će imati uspone i padove, jer će on kriti tajnu koja se tiče Roninog oca. Pored letnje avanture i ljubavi koja se rodila između dvoje mladih kao glavnu priču iz koje bismo izvukli pouku navela bih odnos između roditelja i dece. 🎶 T H E L A S T S O N G 🎶 This book holds a place in my heart that nothing will ever replace. I read it for the first time when I was 16. My dad and I went to Rome for a week just after I’d finished my exams and left secondary school and on the second day we went to the book store at the Termini and bought a book each and this was mine. I read it in a day, on the metro, whilst eating ice cream on the Piazza Navona, in bed in the dark using my phone light whilst my dad slept, and then I started it all over again the next day. I related to the story so much, separated parents, angsty teenager, Ronnie spending one last summer with her dad although she didn’t know it at the time, and I suppose at 16 I was spending one last summer with mine before I started going on holidays of my own, with my friends etc. I think I read it once a year for a good few years until I lost that first copy💔 and never wanted to replace it.
