Dive into why embracing a heart-centered life is the key to true fulfillment. 🌟 Living from the heart means letting compassion, empathy, and love lead the way. It's about using the heart's intuitive wisdom and its boundless capacity for love to shape our actions and choices. This approach deepens our connections and cultivates inner peace and joy. 🌱 Practice Tip: Spend some time in quiet reflection or meditation, focusing on your heart. Visualize it opening wider with every breath, radiating love and kindness from within you, first to yourself and then to the world. Ask yourself, "How can I infuse more heart-driven actions into my daily life?" Incorporate small acts of kindness, express gratitude freely, and listen wholeheartedly. Your heart's guidance adds authenticity to your life, enhancing relationships and emotional well-being. Your actions become aligned with your deepest values. A heart-led life reduces stress and boosts joy and satisfaction. It's a powerful shift that not only betters your own life but also touches the lives of those around you. 💖 #mindfulness #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #heart #heartcentered #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment #feelings #feelingstuck #filter #triggers

RETURNING TO THE HEART ❤️ Yesterday was my Father's Birthday, he would have been 69 today ✨ 25 years have passed and yet the Pain can be still Piercing. In the midsts of shedding my tears I found relief through the release of the Pain, and interestingly Opening My Heart ❤️ You see for the past 25 years I've been on a quest —Healing the Father Wound, Unconsciously when he departed and Consciously for the past decade ✨ What I learnt from his Sudden Departure was that it the exact catalyst and medicine to Propel me in Becoming the Highest Expression Of Who I am — still evolving and unravelling. ✨ It has also propelled me to Return to My Heart, as the past decade I have heavily been healing My Mind — the masculine / yang energy and now found myself returning to my Heart — the feminine / yin energy and on the journey of having Balance within ✨ As I experience moments of Balance, Life seems Easier as I Welcome and Allow all Feelings to pass through and leave my Body ✨ Today is an Invitation for you to Welcome and Allow All Feelings, and in doing so, you'll find that INNER FREEDOM / PEACE that you've always been seeking ❤️ With Love, Stéphanie ✨ #seeker #lifecoach #spiritualjourney #healthwellness #10xfitnesscoach #healthandfitnesscoach #consciousness #healingoftheheart #masculineenergy #feminineenergy #balancewithin #spiritualcoach #healthylifestyle #balancelifestyle #aswithinsowithout #consciousbodytransformation #powerconsciousness #whatyouseekisseekingyou #spirituality #subconsciousmind #hypnotherapist #hypnotherapy #allowfeelings #lifeismeanttobelived #liveafulllife #healthiswealth #prioritisehealthandfitness #empowerment #stephaniescorial #akashabe

It's a profound realization, one that often arrives after much reflection and experience: I have allowed people to influence my well-being. This admission isn't about assigning blame or dwelling on what might have been; rather, it's a moment of clarity, a step towards understanding the intricate dance between our internal state and the external world. The journey through life is deeply affected by the connections we forge with those around us. From close family members to friends, colleagues, and even casual acquaintances, each person has the potential to leave an imprint on our emotional and mental landscape. The nature of these influences can vary widely, encompassing everything from uplifting support to inadvertent harm or intentional manipulation. Recognizing the extent to which others impact our well-being is not just about acknowledging their role but also about reclaiming our power. Setting boundaries is a crucial step in safeguarding our well-being. These boundaries are not walls meant to isolate us but guidelines that help us interact with others in a way that preserves our integrity and emotional health. At the heart of this journey is self-awareness. Understanding our values, needs, and the patterns that define our interactions with others can illuminate why we've allowed them to influence our well-being. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing  #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment  #feelings #feelingstuck #filter #triggers

Every autistic child usually has to endure a care provider at some point who shames them for over-reacting. It's so important not to shame an autistic child. THEY HAD TO WORK SO HARD IN THE FIRST PLACE JUST TO LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE THEIR NEEDS. It breaks my heart. I have such a hard time with the lack of understanding around allowing people to have and experience BIG emotions. Eventually, when your autistic child is supported and allowed to feel things, they begin to soften their BIG reactions. That's because they learned that they have support, trust was built, and it's okay to have feelings, allow them, and let them resolve on their own once the nervous system naturally teaches itself to find a neutral space. But, this takes a lot of time because the autistic's natural bodily tendency is already over-reactive or under reactive to stimuli. Parents and care providers should ideally provide co-regulation as a strategy to help kids through tough spots, meltdowns, and challenging moments. It's not easy for parents and teachers and care providers. However, it is not the minor incidences that are damaging. It's the repeated repression of their reactions that becomes traumatic and hurtful in the long run. We want to support the expression of emotion and the communication of feelings as much as possible. It enables trust, rapport, and builds a 'safe space' for kids to be able to be themselves while they learn and learn to see that their mistakes are okay. #autism #neurodiversity #allowfeelings #co-regulation #neurodivergence #support #Asd #helpingkidsthrive

In a recent session, my client experienced a profound moment of self-reflection. She found herself astounded, asking, "Why did I settle for less?" This question emerged during a conversation where she was confronting her own patterns of denial. When I inquired if this feeling of self-denial was familiar to her from past experiences, it was as if a lightbulb went off. She began to see a common thread weaving through her life—settling for romantic relationships she didn't desire, accepting situations she wasn't genuinely happy with. As she became aware of this recurring pattern, she empowered herself with the choice to no longer fall into this familiar trap of settling for less. Within our session, she began to unravel the underlying motivations that led her to this point. She recognized that in moments of pressure, her default was to compromise her desires. By the end of our sessions, she confidently declared, "Now I am going after what I want." This shift signifies not just a change in mindset but a transformative step towards living a life aligned with her true desires and values. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment #feelings #feelingstuck #filter #triggers

In addition to my post yesterday, (see below) I'd like to add a few thoughts When you had to either defend yourself or fend for yourself, there can be mechanisms of having to hold boundaries, hold everything and maybe longing for receiving love. This is all "normal" and human. When you learn to feel safe in your body, your intuition, your faith in yourself and being connected to your life force, you have access to your essence. Bring your attention and love inwards. 🌀The source is always there. From there you can ask for support if needed. "Often we put our attention outward. 2 Situations: someone triggers you, or is just being an asshole. You feel really angry. Other situation, x hasn't written and you feel rejected, unloved etc Not the same, but same. Can you come back to yourself? How do you feel inside? How does anger feel in the body? Where do you feel the longing? What is simply asking for attention, love from yourself? Squeeze your Perininum a few times Let the life energy, juiciness, feelings...flow Come back to yourself 💜Love from your centered yoni and heart there. If this speaks to you, Come to my Yoni Alchemy Cercle " Photo Poppy Pack

When difficult feelings come up, try not to push them away. Instead, allow them to come in, witness them with compassion, and then let them go. You can't push down difficult feelings forever. our mental, emotional, and physical energies naturally follow. So, what does it really mean? Our attention acts as a guide for our energy. Just like a beam of light focused by a lens, our attention can concentrate our energy on a specific task, thought, or emotion. This concentration can significantly amplify the impact of our efforts. However, in today's world, our attention is constantly being pulled in multiple directions. From the constant beeping of our smartphones to the demands of work and family, it's easy to become scattered and lose sight of where we're channeling our energy. ▶ When our attention is fragmented, our energy dissipates, leaving us feeling drained and less effective in any of our pursuits. ▶ The key, then, is to cultivate the ability to focus our attention intentionally. ▶ This requires both awareness and discipline. Awareness helps us notice when we're getting distracted or thinking unproductive thoughts. Discipline enables us to redirect our focus towards activities and thoughts that are aligned with our values and goals. Setting clear intentions and goals can help guide our focus. When we have a clear understanding of what we want to achieve, it becomes easier to align our attention and energy with these objectives. By focusing on what is really important, we can achieve more effectiveness, fulfillment and balance in our lives. #focus #energyefficiency #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment" preserveAspectRatio="xMidYMid slice" focusable="false" src="/img/aHR0cHM6Ly9zY29udGVudC1sZ2EzLTEuY2RuaW5zdGFncmFtLmNvbS92L3Q1MS4yOTM1MC0xNS80MjM0MTcyMDVfMTQxNjgxODIzNTYyNzA1OV8zNzUwMDA1NzQyODAyMjM2NDc3X24uanBnP3N0cD1kc3QtanBnX2UxNV9mcl9zMTA4MHgxMDgwJl9uY19odD1zY29udGVudC1sZ2EzLTEuY2RuaW5zdGFncmFtLmNvbSZfbmNfY2F0PTExMSZfbmNfb2hjPURDZzd5Vi1rSFU0UTdrTnZnRjVIVFl4JmVkbT1BT1VQeGgwQkFBQUEmY2NiPTctNSZvaD0wMF9BWUNBaXlMRUJNY2FsSlFUN0hDZU5hejB2a3l2OC1UMkhsajVHbEs4RG9fZThRJm9lPTY2NTYzMEVCJl9uY19zaWQ9OWRjNjYw.jpg" />

I firmly believe in choosing to focus on the lighter side of life, embracing humor even in stressful situations. It's no secret that laughter is often considered the best medicine. When we laugh, our body releases endorphins, the feel-good hormones that naturally elevate our mood. Laughter also reduces stress hormones, enhances our immune system, and can even temporarily relieve pain. But beyond these physical benefits, humor offers a psychological lifeline, helping us to see situations in a new, less daunting light. Humor isn't about ignoring the seriousness of a situation or being insensitive to its implications. Rather, it's a coping mechanism that allows us to face challenges without being overwhelmed by them. When we laugh in the face of adversity, we're not diminishing the problem; we're diminishing its power over us. ▶ This shift in perspective can be incredibly empowering, turning an obstacle into something more manageable. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment

When we're not paying enough attention to our energy, we're admitting that we're not regularly checking in with ourselves, failing to notice when we're allowing external influences to impact our inner peace and balance. Neglecting to protect our energy can lead to a range of issues, such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, and even physical health problems. It's crucial for us, especially those who are empathetic or sensitive, to be aware of how different energies affect us. By doing so, we can avoid situations that drain us and seek out those that uplift and energize us. The first step in protecting your energy is to develop a habit of regular self-check-ins. This can be as simple as taking a few moments each day to assess how you're feeling. Setting boundaries is crucial in energy protection. This means learning to say NO to situations or people that you know will drain your energy. Identify activities that replenish your energy. This could be anything from spending time in nature, practicing yoga or meditation, or simply engaging in a hobby you love. Make these activities a regular part of your routine to maintain a healthy energy balance. Your energy is precious – treat it with the care and respect it deserves. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment

Would you believe from looking at this picture that I was actually extremely cranky for most of this hike? It was freezing cold, windy, and my body hurt that day. And yet, the sky was blue and I liked this tree. For me, this picture is a reminder that you can find moments of joy even in things that are hard. That crankiness and happiness can coexist. That our multiplicity means we can hold many feelings at once. That we have the space for all of it. That our feeling states are impermanent when they are allowed to exist and move through.

▶ ▶ ▶ Let's continue exploring the Willingness to Change. I want to emphasize the significance of opening ourselves to new perspectives and different approaches. Why is this necessary? It's the pathway to growth, to a happier and more fulfilling life, which we all desire and can achieve. To reach this, it is important to welcome other viewpoints, to be open to new ideas, to think outside the box, and to face our inner shadows and pain. ▶ The willingness to change is about having the courage and openness to self-reflect rather than pointing fingers at others. ▶ It means taking responsibility for our actions, habits, and patterns, and understanding why we behave as we do, and how we can modify it. We need to be willing to look within ourselves, and stop blaming others for our difficulties. Our environment is a mirror. ▶ Everything around us is an opportunity to better understand ourselves, with the external world mirroring our internal state. This means we can always transform our inner world. When encountering negativity, these moments are valuable insights that can bring us closer to self-awareness. ▶ Perhaps they teach us about the importance of clear communication, setting boundaries, staying true to our integrity, or the need for more self-care. Whatever the lesson, it's all useful information that assists in our change. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #comfortzone #committment

From Quick Judgment to Deep Understanding: The Role of Curiosity Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you quickly judged a person or a circumstance, only to realize later that there was more to the story? It's a common experience where snap judgments can seem like the easiest route. However, these hasty conclusions often lead to misunderstandings and missed connections. 👉🏾 What if, instead of immediately forming an opinion, you paused and approached the situation with curiosity? Every individual has a unique backstory, and each event is shaped by multiple factors. By choosing curiosity over judgment, you give yourself a chance to understand these complexities. This approach doesn't mean you're giving up on discernment. It's about taking a moment to delve deeper, to really see the person or understand the context behind actions and events. ✔ Moreover, give yourself time to learn more. 🔆 The more information you gain, the better you will understand the bigger picture, and the more you can approach it with compassion. More compassion always leads to a better outcome. Whether it’s in personal relationships, professional environments, or everyday encounters, approaching situations with an open mind and a compassionate heart can transform how we interact with the world around us. It allows you to explore and understand the complexities of a situation or a person's behavior rather than simply reacting based on surface-level perceptions. Prejudices and stereotypes often lead to snap judgments. Curiosity challenges these preconceived notions by prompting you to learn more about the individuality of people and the specifics of situations. By choosing curiosity over judgment, you're opting for a path of understanding and connection, rather than one of assumption and potential conflict. It's a choice that enriches both your personal growth and your interactions with others. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness #curiousity

In the ever-evolving journey of life, finding a point of stillness amidst the chaos can often feel like a herculean task. Yet, it is in this quest for inner peace and balance that we truly become the leaders of our own lives. The truth is, life isn't necessarily getting easier. Instead, it's our response to life's challenges that transforms with experience and growth. As we navigate through life's trials, our resilience grows. This increased resilience enhances our ability to handle challenging situations more effectively. ▶ It's not that life becomes less challenging; rather, our approach to these challenges evolves. ⭐ The key lies in our ability to expand our perspectives and recenter ourselves swiftly in the face of adversity. The Power of Recentering - Why is recentering so crucial? Firstly, it allows us to respond from a place of calm and balance, rather than reacting impulsively in overwhelming moments. Secondly, it empowers us to consciously choose our battles and where to invest our energy. Energy is finite, and treating it like a precious currency is vital. Each moment, ask yourself, "Is this worth my energy? What do I need to release to accept and overcome this challenge?" Here are a few strategies to help you return to your center more quickly: - Breath: Conscious breathing techniques can quickly bring you back to a state of calm and centeredness. - Barefoot Grounding: Standing barefoot on grass can help you feel more connected to the earth and centered in the present moment. - Meditation: Even a few minutes of silent sitting can bring you back to center. - Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can provide clarity and a sense of release. ✴ Energy is precious. Treat it with care and invest it in what truly matters. By cultivating the skill of finding your center, you not only enhance your ability to navigate life's challenges but also emerge stronger, more balanced, and more resilient. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpat

Focus of the Day: Living from the Heart ❤️ Activation of Your Heart Center ❤️ On December 24, amidst the festive spirit, we turn our focus to the activation of the heart center - understanding why living from the heart is crucial for a fulfilling life. Living from the heart means engaging with the world through compassion, empathy, and love. It's about allowing our heart, with its intuitive wisdom and capacity for unconditional love, to guide our actions and decisions. This approach fosters deeper connections with others and nurtures our inner peace and happiness. Exercise: Spend some time in quiet reflection or meditation, focusing on your heart area. Visualize it opening and expanding with each breath. Imagine love and compassion radiating from your heart to yourself and then extending out to those around you. Ask yourself, “How can I bring more heart-centered actions into my daily life?” Whether it's through small acts of kindness, expressing gratitude, or simply listening to others with full presence, find ways to embody this heart-centered approach. Activating your heart center and living from the heart brings a sense of authenticity to your life. It helps in developing deeper, more meaningful relationships, enhances your emotional well-being, and aligns your actions with your true values. This heart-led approach to life can also reduce stress and increase feelings of joy and contentment. Focus of the Day: Emphasizing Self-Responsibility in Personal Health and Happiness On December 23, we explore the theme of taking responsibility for our own well-being. Taking responsibility for your well-being means acknowledging that you have the power to make choices that affect your physical, mental, and emotional health. It involves understanding that your habits, thoughts, and actions play a crucial role in your overall quality of life. Exercise: Reflect on the areas of your life where you might have been placing responsibility for your happiness or well-being in external factors or other people. Consider how you can take more ownership in these areas. This might involve setting healthier boundaries, making more conscious lifestyle choices, seeking help when needed, or practicing self-care. Identify one small action you can take today to improve your well-being. It could be as simple as a short walk, a healthy meal, a mindful moment, or a positive affirmation. When we take responsibility for our well-being, we empower ourselves to make positive changes. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

"Change is the only constant" is a profound concept that originated from the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus. He observed that the natural world is in a continuous state of flux. This philosophy highlights the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of life and the universe. Even the most seemingly permanent and solid objects, like rocks, are subject to change over time, eroded and shaped by the elements. This principle applies to all aspects of life and the universe, indicating that change is an inherent and unavoidable part of existence. Focus of the Day: Recognizing the Fluidity and Unpredictability of Life December 22 is a day to reflect on a fundamental truth of life: the only constant is change. This concept is especially relevant when we face challenging times, feel stuck, or cannot see a clear path forward. Sometimes, when we are in the midst of difficulties or feeling stagnant, it's hard to remember that circumstances can shift unexpectedly. Change can come swiftly and often when we least expect it, opening new doors and presenting unforeseen opportunities. No matter how difficult or stuck we may feel, the landscape of our lives can change rapidly. This understanding can bring comfort and hope during tough times. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Reflection and Renewal on the Shortest Day of the Year On December 21, we observe the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year. This natural event carries deep symbolic significance and offers a unique opportunity for inner reflection and renewal. The Winter Solstice has been celebrated in various cultures throughout history as a time of rebirth and new beginnings. The return of longer days after the solstice is a reminder of the ever-changing nature of life and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal. Exercise: Use this day for introspection. Reflect on the past year - the challenges you've faced, the growth you've experienced, and the lessons you've learned. Consider what aspects of your life you would like to renew or change in the coming year. Set intentions for the new year. These could be personal goals, aspirations, or areas where you seek growth and development. Write them down as a commitment to yourself. The Winter Solstice is a powerful reminder of the passage of time and the opportunity for change and growth. Setting intentions on this day can provide direction and purpose for the year ahead. Let's embrace the darkness of the Winter Solstice as a fertile ground for introspection and renewal. As we celebrate the return of light, let it be a metaphor for our own journey towards greater understanding, growth, and fulfillment in the new year. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Returning to Center in Stressful Situations Lets explore strategies for relaxation and realignment, recognizing that while we can't always avoid stressors, we can control our responses to them. Life inevitably presents us with challenges, stressful situations, and people who might disrupt our sense of peace and balance. The key to maintaining wellbeing isn't in avoiding these stressors, which is often impossible, but in how we respond to them and bring ourselves back to a state of calm and centeredness. Exercise: Reflect on the ways you currently relax and realign yourself when faced with stress. ▶ What activities or practices help you find your center again? This might include meditation, a walk in nature, listening to music, practicing yoga, or simply taking a few deep breaths. Consider how effective these practices are for you and whether there are new methods you can incorporate into your routine. Whenever you feel stressed or out of alignment today, consciously choose one of these relaxation techniques and notice its impact on your mood and mindset. Developing relaxation techniques allows us to recover more quickly from life's inevitable stresses and challenges, maintaining our equilibrium and preventing burnout. By building a toolbox of strategies for relaxation, we empower ourselves to handle life's ups and downs with greater ease and composure. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: On December 19, our mindfulness journey shifts focus to redefining confidence. Contrary to popular belief, true confidence isn't about always being right or successful; it's about being comfortable with the possibility of getting things wrong. ▶ Often, we associate confidence with a flawless track record or an unbroken string of successes. However, real confidence is more about one's attitude towards failure and uncertainty. It’s the ability to face new challenges and unknown outcomes without fear of making mistakes. Exercise: Reflect on a recent situation where you were hesitant to act due to the fear of failure. Consider how you might approach this situation differently if you weren’t afraid of getting it wrong. How would that change your decision-making process? Also, think about a time when you failed at something. How did you handle it? Did you view it as a learning opportunity or a setback? Reflecting on these experiences can help reshape your understanding of what it means to be confident. Embracing the possibility of failure fosters a more resilient and adaptable mindset. It allows for growth and learning, as making mistakes is a crucial part of any learning process. This perspective on confidence encourages taking risks and stepping out of comfort zones, leading to personal development and new experiences. Being confident doesn’t mean you always have to get things right. Instead, it's about not being held back by the fear of getting it wrong. This understanding can liberate us from the pressure of perfection, opening up more opportunities for growth and self-discovery. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Adopting a Bird's Eye View for a Broader Perspective Lets explore the practice of "zooming out" to gain a broader, more comprehensive understanding of our lives and the world around us. This practice involves stepping back mentally to see the bigger picture, much like viewing the landscape from a bird's eye view. Often, we get caught up in the details of our daily lives, focusing on immediate challenges or problems. By zooming out, we can see these details as part of a larger tapestry, gaining insight into how they fit into the grand scheme of things. Exercise: Take a moment to step back from your current situation or a recent event in your life. Imagine rising above and looking down on it from a high vantage point. From this perspective, describe what you see. How do the pieces connect? What else becomes visible that you didn't notice before? Notice how this shift in perspective affects your feelings about the situation. Reflect on how this broader view impacts your understanding and emotions. This practice provides a sense of clarity and can often reveal solutions or new approaches to problems. By seeing the bigger picture, we can better understand our role in it and how our actions impact the broader context of our lives. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Self-Discovery Through Understanding Personal Patterns and Habits The journey to self-knowledge is a key aspect of personal development. Understanding why we do what we do, recognizing our habitual patterns, and becoming aware of our deeper motivations can lead to profound changes in our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Exercise: Dedicate some time today to introspection. Reflect on your recent decisions, actions, and reactions. Ask yourself, "What patterns can I see in my behavior? What underlying beliefs or experiences might be driving these patterns?" Consider journaling your thoughts to deepen this self-exploration. Also, seek feedback from trusted friends or family members about what they observe in your behaviors and patterns. Sometimes, an outside perspective can offer valuable insights into aspects of ourselves we might not easily see. Gaining knowledge about ourselves provides the power to change. It allows us to identify areas where we might be stuck in unhelpful patterns and gives us the insight needed to make conscious, positive changes. Self-awareness is the first step in breaking cycles that no longer serve us and fostering growth in directions that align with our true selves. The more we understand about ourselves, the better equipped we are to grow and evolve. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Cultivating Awareness Through Self-Check-ins Today, our mindfulness practice centers around the art of noticing - a key skill in developing self-awareness and conscious response to our experiences. Noticing is about being aware of what's happening within you - your feelings, physical sensations, and thoughts. It's about checking in with yourself throughout the day to become aware of your current state. This awareness is crucial because, without it, we often react impulsively to situations based on our emotions. Exercise: Throughout today, pause several times to check in with yourself. Ask, "How am I feeling right now? What sensations are present in my body? Where do I feel them?" Acknowledge these observations without judgment or an immediate need to change them. When you notice a reaction to a situation, take a moment to recognize and accept your thoughts and feelings. This awareness allows you to pause before reacting. Instead of being driven by emotions, you can choose how to respond in a way that aligns with your values and what matters to you. This skill empowers us to respond to life's challenges with greater composure and mindfulness. It's a step towards living more intentionally and aligning our actions with our deeper values. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Curiosity Over Judgment Cultivating a Mindset of Curiosity in Place of Judgment Today, on December 15, we explore the theme of replacing judgmental attitudes with curiosity. Often, our instinct is to quickly judge people, situations, or even ourselves, but shifting to a stance of curiosity can open up new perspectives and deeper understanding. Being judgmental often leads to quick, sometimes harsh conclusions, and can close us off to new ideas or viewpoints. On the other hand, adopting a curious mindset encourages open-mindedness, learning, and empathy. It involves asking questions, seeking to understand, and being open to discovering something new. Exercise: Practice this shift in your interactions and thoughts today. When you find yourself making a snap judgment about someone or something, pause and reframe your thoughts. Instead of concluding, ask yourself questions like, "Why might this person behave this way?" or "What can I learn from this situation?" Apply this to self-reflection as well. If you catch yourself being self-critical, turn to curiosity. Ask, "What led me to this action?" or "What can this teach me?" Adopting a curious approach fosters better relationships, self-understanding, and personal growth. It helps in breaking down barriers, understanding different perspectives, and finding constructive solutions to problems. Being less judgmental and more curious can lead to a more compassionate, fulfilling, and engaging life. Today, let's challenge ourselves to be less judgmental and more curious. By doing so, we open doors to new understandings, stronger connections, and a more empathetic approach to life and those around us. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Shifting from "But" to "And" Let's explore how the words we choose in our communication, especially the use of "but" versus "and," can significantly impact how our messages are received and processed. ▶ When we give feedback or make a statement, using "but" tends to negate or diminish what was said before it. For example, in the phrase, "You look beautiful, but your hair is too long," the compliment is overshadowed and forgotten. The only aspect that sticks and is remembered is everything said after the word BUT. Why does this happen? Psychologically, our brains are wired to focus on the part of the sentence following "but," often discounting or completely forgetting the positive aspect mentioned before. ▶ ▶ ▶ The word BUT erases everything that was said prior to it. ▶ Try this out in a conversation. Talk to someone and use a sentence structured with a positive statement followed by 'but' and a critical remark. Afterwards, ask them if they can recall what you said before the word BUT. You'll likely find that the positive part is hardly remembered, if at all. ▶ Exercise: Today, practice replacing "but" with "and" in your conversations. For instance, instead of saying, "You did a great job on the project, but you missed a few details," try, "You did a great job on the project, and paying attention to a few more details will make it even better." Notice how this small change affects the tone of your feedback and the response of the person receiving it. Why It’s Beneficial: This linguistic shift encourages a more constructive and positive way of communicating. It allows both parts of your message, the positive and the constructive, to be heard and valued. This approach fosters better understanding and acceptance in both personal and professional interactions. By consciously choosing to use "and" instead of "but," we can create more positive, effective communication. This change helps in delivering feedback that is both honest and encouraging, ensuring that all aspects of our message are acknowledged and remembered. #mindfulness #mindfulcommunication #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings

Focus of the Day: Transforming Your Internal Dialogue Today, we turn our attention to the crucial practice of monitoring and transforming our internal dialogue. Our self-talk significantly impacts our emotional well-being, self-esteem, and overall mental health. Exercise: Be consciously present with your thoughts, especially those you direct towards yourself. Observe your internal dialogue. Are your thoughts harsh, critical, or negative towards yourself? Do you find yourself dwelling on mistakes, engaging in self-blame, or feeling guilty? When you catch yourself in a negative thought loop, pause and ask, "How does this make me feel?" Recognize the impact of these thoughts on your emotions and body. Then, shift your focus: "How do I want to feel?" Instead of dwelling on mistakes or shortcomings, ask yourself, "What did I learn? What can I do better tomorrow?" Remember, making mistakes is a natural part of growth and learning. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer to a child who has erred. Talk to your inner child with compassion and encouragement, fostering growth rather than criticism. Changing negative self-talk to a more compassionate and understanding dialogue is essential for mental and emotional health. It can lead to improved self-esteem, reduced stress, and a more optimistic outlook on life. This practice of self-compassion also fosters resilience, allowing us to recover more quickly from setbacks and learn from our experiences. Make a conscious effort to transform your internal dialogue. Be aware of when your thoughts become self-critical and intentionally shift them towards self-compassion and constructive reflection. By treating yourself kindly and acknowledging that setbacks are opportunities to learn, you create a more positive and supportive internal environment. #mindfulness #innerdialouge #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatterns #awareness

Focus of the Day: Today our mindfulness theme is 'living from the inside out, not outside in.' This is is about grounding your life in your inner values, beliefs, and intuitions, rather than being predominantly influenced by external factors and societal expectations. To live from the inside out means to prioritize your inner world - your thoughts, feelings, and values - as the guiding force in your life. It involves making decisions based on what resonates deeply with you, rather than conforming to what you believe is expected of you by others or society at large. Living from the inside out empowers you to lead a more fulfilling, authentic life. It fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and a sense of peace, as your external life aligns more closely with your internal truth. This approach to life also builds resilience, as you're less swayed by external opinions and more anchored in your own self-understanding and values. Living from the inside out is a path to genuine happiness and fulfillment, as it encourages us to be true to ourselves in a world that often pressures us to conform. #mindfulness #mindfulbreathing #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: Cultivating Inner Stillness and Balance Today, our mindfulness journey brings us to the practice of finding our center. This is about discovering a point of inner stillness and balance, a place within ourselves where we feel grounded and at peace, regardless of external circumstances. Exercise: Take some time today to engage in an activity that helps you find your center. Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths. As you breathe, visualize bringing calmness into your body and mind with each inhale, and releasing tension and stress with each exhale. Focus on the sensation of being grounded, whether it's the feeling of your feet on the earth, your body supported by a chair, or the calmness of your breathing. Seek the point where your thoughts quiet down, and you feel a sense of balance and tranquility. Why It’s Beneficial: Finding your center helps you to respond to life's challenges with a sense of calm and clarity, rather than reacting impulsively. Focus of the Day: Today, let's discover how to infuse mindfulness into our everyday activities, transforming routine tasks into moments of calm and awareness. Mindfulness isn't just a practice reserved for meditation - it can be a part of every aspect of our day. Today, I invite you to engage mindfully with simple, daily activities like showering, washing dishes, or walking. While performing these tasks, focus fully on the experience. For instance, during your shower, pay attention to the feel of the water cascading over you, the scent of your soap, and the sound of water droplets. When washing dishes, notice the temperature of the water, the texture of the bubbles, and the motion of your hands. If you're walking, be aware of each step, the rhythm of your stride, and your interaction with your surroundings. The idea is to immerse yourself in the present moment, engaging all your senses. This level of attention transforms ordinary tasks into mindful experiences, helping to calm the mind and heighten your awareness. #mindfulness #mindfulactivities #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth #mindfulness #lifecoaching #lifecoachingtips #therapeuticcoaching #habits #change #changingpatten #awareness

Focus of the Day: On the seventh day, we explore the practice of body scan meditation, a technique to connect with our physical selves and cultivate mindfulness through bodily awareness. Exercise: Find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Begin the body scan at the top of your head. Mentally focus on this area, noticing any sensations, tension, or relaxation. Gradually move your attention down through your body – to your forehead, eyes, cheeks, jaw, neck, and so on, proceeding slowly all the way down to your toes. As you scan each part of your body, observe any feelings of pain, discomfort, warmth, coolness, or anything else you perceive. Try not to change these sensations or judge them, but simply notice them. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to the part of the body you last remember focusing on. The body scan meditation is effective in reducing stress and tension. It encourages a state of relaxed awareness and can be particularly helpful in identifying areas of physical discomfort or tension that you might not usually notice. It's also an excellent practice for developing concentration and mindfulness. This exercise offers an opportunity to tune into your body and acknowledge its needs, fostering a deeper mind-body connection. #mindfulness #bodyscan #supressingfeelings #allow #allowfeelings #howtonotsupress #feelyourfeelings #feelings #feelinggood #mentalhealth

Focus of the Day: Today, we focus on the practice of mindful eating, an exercise that transforms a daily activity into a rich sensory experience, promoting a deeper connection with our food. Exercise: Choose one meal today to eat mindfully. Start by observing your food, noticing its colors, shapes, and arrangement on your plate. As you begin to eat, take small bites and chew slowly. Focus on the textures, flavors, and temperatures in your mouth. Notice the complexity of tastes and the sensations of chewing and swallowing. Throughout the meal, maintain an awareness of your hunger and fullness cues. Eat without distractions like TV or smartphones, so your full attention is on the experience of eating. Observe any thoughts or feelings that arise, acknowledging them without judgment before gently refocusing on the act of eating. Why It’s Beneficial: Mindful eating helps in better digestion, as eating slowly and thoroughly chewing can aid in the digestive process. It also encourages a greater appreciation for food, often leading to healthier eating habits. By paying close attention to hunger and satiety signals, mindful eating can prevent overeating and promote better emotional relationships with food. Focus of the Day: Today, we dive into the practice of mindful breathing, a fundamental and powerful mindfulness exercise. Exercise: Set aside 5 minutes in a quiet, comfortable space. Begin by closing your eyes or lowering your gaze. Now, turn your attention to your breath. Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing without trying to change it. Feel the air as it enters through your nostrils, fills your lungs, and then leaves your body. As you focus on your breath, you might notice your mind wandering. This is normal. Gently acknowledge whatever thoughts come up, then kindly bring your attention back to your breath. The key here is not to control your thoughts or breath but to observe them with kindness and without judgment. Why It’s Beneficial: Mindful breathing anchors you in the present moment and can be a quick way to center yourself. This simple yet powerful practice helps calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus. It's a tool you can use anytime, anywhere, to bring a sense of calm and awareness into your day. A client asked me: Q: "How do I let the emotions go? They just stick there." A: Dealing with emotions is rarely straightforward; they can be sticky and hard to let go. Sometimes, we might think we want to release these emotions, but deep down, we might be reluctant because letting go can create a sense of emptiness. If you're interested, I wrote a blog post on this topic: https://www.stephaniekollmann.com/post/breaking-free-from-the-comfort-of-pain-what-happens-when-we-let-go-of-pain Initially, the most crucial step is to become aware when something feels off. Often, we don't notice our internal state until it's overwhelmed us. The first step, therefore, is to recognize that something within is stirring. Let me guide you through the process: Step One: Become the Observer When uncomfortable feelings emerge, try not to push them away. Instead, take a moment to pause and simply observe. Pay attention to what's happening in your inner world. Connect with yourself. What sensations are present in your BODY? What thoughts or emotions are coming up? Where in your body can you feel these sensations? Are there specific sensations like tightness or discomfort? This step is about becoming aware of your internal experiences and acknowledging them without judgment. Step Two: Allow & Accept In this phase, finding a safe, quiet place is crucial. When you sense something's off, retreat to a calm space without distractions. Sit in stillness, fully allowing your emotions to surface. It's like facing a tornado head-on, surrendering to the storm, fearlessly letting everything surface. This intensity is okay; it's a cleansing process, and you are safe to experience your emotions fully. Regarding the questions on letting go of emotions, step three: After fully feeling your emotions, you'll likely experience relief and lightness. It's crucial to recognize this lighter feeling. We often cling to pain because it's familiar, thinking we need to suffer or aren't ready to move on. Once you've deeply felt your emotions and sense a shift towards lightness, allow this change to happen. You may still hurt, but something has shifted. ⬇Continue reading in comments below⬇

Sit with that feeling? That thought? Let it be? I recently saw a post explaining what “sit with it” really means, and they offered that your therapist doesn’t actually mean you have to sit down in a chair— it never even occurred to me that my clients might think I’m telling them to actually sit down 😭 (not that it would be a bad idea, but that’s not what I mean when I say sit with it!) What we mean is allow it to be there. Don’t try and distract yourself from it, get rid of it, or fight with it, but really just let it be. Notice it, watch it, observe it, and allow it. This is one of those things you really need to experience, to try out. Let me know how it goes! 🫶🏼 #sitwithit #allowit #therapy #allowance #acceptance #accept #acceptyourself #acceptfeelings #allowfeelings #cbt #erp #erpforocd #ocdtreatment #ocdtherapy #anxietytreatment #anxietytherapy

TIME FOR EVERYTHING Yesterday was a totally raw day and I LEANT IN. With my mums birthday came a HUGE release. After three years in spirit the desire to reconnect to the love was more than the memories of the pain. It was time to make the transition. So I wept, I let myself drop, surrender. In that surrender came EVERYTHING. Tears have a place, strong emotions can actually become the transformer when they are allowed. So today I got some lovely drinks and this evening with our meal we wished mum/gran a Happy birthday and raised our glasses to her. Everything in its own time Everything when its ready Everything. Yesterday evening was the first zoom meeting of a year long immersive programme with my mentor and a group of phenomenal women. The session was about activating spiritual gifts and in the session my mentor channeled my mum. The words brought forth more tears. The love, the words, the understanding and THE CONNECTION. SO Never hide your tears again dear one. Tears of joy Tears of pain. Tears of release Surrender and you will flow with them and come resting at the door of PEACE. To those who cry and tell no one YOU ARE LOVED I FOR ONE HONOUR MY TEARS. ITS TIME TO HONOUR YOURS. This Saturday sees the next Wise Woman Gathering at @artemissoulsanctuary. There are still tickets available. To those touched by these words I also offer a free 30 minutes session if you haven't worked with me before. MAKE THIS MONTH YOUR TIME. Much love Sally xx #wisewoman

POV - You’re feeling ‘meh’ but you’re getting together with friends this weekend. Allow your ‘meh’ness to come with you. You don’t have to get rid of it before getting together with other people. You also don’t have to pretend to feel happy or joyful when you’re not. You also don’t have to go around saying I’m feeling ‘meh’..unless you want to. But you can just allow the ‘meh’ feeling to be there. It will move through if you don’t push it away and try to pretend you’re fine. It might not feel the best or feel uncomfortable, and that’s ok. I have found the fastest way for feelings to move though you is just to allow them to be there. You’ll probably feel different fairly quickly, but if you don’t - that’s fine too. It will move through you when it’s done. Until then - you can still get together with people or do whatever else you want to do. This is ONE way to process a feeling. Allow it to be there and come with you with whatever you’re doing that day. Try this the next time you’re having a feeling you don’t want to be having. Let it come along for the ride 🚗 This is just ONE of the ways to process a feeling. I teach many ways you can do this during our work together. Because not every situation requires the same thing. And it doesn’t matter which method you chose. But what does matter is that you allow it to move through you. Otherwise you end up shoving down those feelings. And when you do that for a long time - you will create dis-ease in your body. Wanna allow your feelings to move through you but you don’t know how? I got you. Honestly, it’s my specialty. Send me a DM and let’s explore working together.

Allowing emotions to naturally arise and fall allows us to process and work through them. . Emotions are signals from our minds and bodies, indicating our reactions to various experiences. . When we acknowledge and experience these emotions, we give ourselves the opportunity to understand their underlying causes and significance. . Ignoring emotions does not make them disappear; instead, they can accumulate and manifest in more disruptive ways, such as anxiety, depression, or physical symptoms . Allowing emotions to be felt and acknowledged fosters self-awareness. . By tuning into our emotions, we gain insight into our inner experiences, triggers, and patterns of behaviour. . This self-awareness is crucial for personal growth and making positive changes in our lives . . . . . . There are days and moments when I'm just unhappy with myself. I don't like my hair, my face, my style... That's why I painted this picture and called it "Love yourself". It’s about accepting and loving yourself just the way you are! It shows all the strong feelings and emotions we all go through during the day. Many of you (just like me) might ignore those strong feelings quite often so take some time now and just FEEL! If you have feelings about self doubt, concentrate on something you really love about yourself and remind yourself that you are beautiful just the way you are. What are you doing if you are feeling down? Do you have any advice you want to share and talk about? Let’s connect! 🤍💜 #selflove #feelings #loveyourself #selfdoubt #spreadlove #spreadpositivity #acrylicpainting #artist #arts #fyp #positiveart #positiveartwork #women #allowfeelings #deepconnection #connect #share #artstagram

Sometimes I struggle with self doubt and I don’t value my body and myself enough. That’s why I painted this painting. „Feel yourself“ is a painting from my collection „Deep Connection“. I wanted to show a strong woman with deep feelings and a deep connection with herself, to remind myself that I am worth it and that I am enough. Every time I look at this painting I take some time, close my eyes, take some deep breaths and just try to feel every part of my body and be thankful. Try it right now! Close your eyes, breathe slowly and feel yourself! 💜 #selflove #feelings #loveyourself #selfdoubt #spreadlove #spreadpositivity #acrylicpainting #artist #arts #fyp #positiveart #positiveartwork #women #allowfeelings #deepconnection #connect #share #artstagram

💭💪 🌟 Own your emotions! 🌊 It’s important to view your feelings as self-generated reactions rather than blaming them on others. Their actions may trigger your emotions, but the truth is that they didn’t force you to feel that way - you did that all on your own. 💭💪 #OwnYourEmotions #SelfReflection #PersonalResponsibility #RecognizeFeelings #SelfEmpowerment #AllowFeelings #SelfAwareness #Mindfulness #EmotionalIntelligence #PersonalDevelopment #Empowerment #EmotionsAreValid #InnerStrength #SelfControl #PositiveThinking #PowerOfThoughts #MentalResilience #SelfLove #Gratitude #Inspiration #Serenity #BeYourself #Growth #LiveInThePresent #ThankfulLife #CarpeDiem

Emotional repression or suppression may provide a temporary relief from having to feel uncomfortable feelings that were once perceived to be unacceptable. We have not granted the experience and process through these feelings and bottled them up instead which unknowingly to us causes a lot of internal havoc. But if we wish to move forward without constantly bumping into invisible walls and obstacles, it is time to acknowledge repressed emotions and any emotions, feel them head on and let them be processed properly where they flow through the experience without resistance, without judgment and without fear. You see, even though once you learned to believe they weren't safe to feel, the truth is that you are safe. You were just conditioned by others perceptions of you that nurtured the belief of emotion=unsafe. And since others perceptions of you have nothing to do with you, you can in fact reclaim your worth and allow the whole human experience which includes emotions to be there, to be present and to guide you. You are not weak, you are not dramatic, those words are simply projected unto you because the people who speak them do not know how to deal with emotions either and thus wish to stop them by telling you that you are the cause of them feeling challenged. But the challenge lies within them. ~Image Quote Credit @scottkiloby #emotionalrepression #repressedanger #repressedemotion #supressedemotion #safetofeel #emotionalcompass #innercompass #innerguidance #emotionalguidance #emotionsarehuman #youarehuman #allowemotions #allowfeelings #youarenotweak #scottkiloby

A lesson on embracing emotions: Give yourself permission to let them flow. 🌊💫⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the depths of our souls, emotions reside, waiting to be acknowledged and expressed. They are integral to our human experience, carrying profound wisdom and healing potential.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yet, too often, we suppress our emotions, fearing their intensity or feeling overwhelmed by their presence. We hold them tightly within, creating barriers that hinder our growth and our ability to fully connect with ourselves and others.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But here's a gentle reminder: You have the power to release the dam that holds back your emotions. You can give yourself permission to let them move through you, like a river flowing freely.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When you embrace your emotions, you honor your truth and allow yourself to be vulnerable. You create space for healing, growth, and transformation. By acknowledging and accepting your feelings, you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So, grant yourself the freedom to feel deeply. Allow joy, sadness, anger, fear, and every other emotion to wash over you without judgment or resistance. Let them be messengers, guiding you towards your authentic self and calling attention to areas that need nurturing or release.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #embraceemotions #allowfeelings #emotionalwellbeing #vulnerability #healingjourney #selfexpression #selfdiscovery #growth #authenticity #selfcompassion #emotionalliberation #innerwisdom #emotionalintelligence #flowwithlife #mindfulness #emotionalfreedom #fridayfeels #allthefeels #feelings #emotions #lovelanguage #letsheal #healingispowerful
