I had a video go viral on my “secret” TikTok a couple of days ago and had a family member message me yesterday saying they saw it. AHHHH! I knew it was a matter of time but I must admit, it makes me a little anxious because I wasn’t ready! And no, I don’t have an OF (you never know these days)… quite the opposite actually 😅 Have you seen it?
If I’m being honest, it feels a little weird to be back in this space. Maybe you didn’t even notice I was absent. Over the past year, I did post from time to time but I was scarce in comparison to how involved I was in the past. This place was my income and I had so much fun but there’s something about big life events that make you realize that the internet world is often a big fat waste of time. We’ve all got lives to be living! It’s so important to pause or say goodbye 👋🏼 to whatever isn’t fueling you and bettering you. Life is an ongoing evolution of one’s self (as it should be) and I think it’s painfully beautiful at times. I’ll be sharing in this space again because I’m finally at a place where I feel comfortable to do so. I’ve found my joy again… and I also really love walks + sunsets 😌🥰♥️

I'm turning 37 today. Most days I still feel like I am 27 so I have a hard time comprehending the fact that I am rapidly approaching 40. But as the saying goes you are only as old as you feel right? I don’t mind getting older, you learn so much about yourself the older you get, and take less bull shit from people. You realize what is important and what is not. I wanted to share a few things I have learned this year: – Time with girlfriends is good for the soul. It is so important to carve out time with your girls. – It is ok to say no. This was another hard one for me to learn. I used to feel like I had to said yes to everything. Once you start saying no more often it becomes easier and easier and it is so liberating to do what you actually want to do. – Netflix and wine are a pretty damn good end to a day. – Age is just a number.

Viața este o flacără dansândă pe vârful unei lumânări, un ecou scurt în tăcerea infinitului. Ea se rostogolește într-un dans efemer, atât de grăbit, încât timpul devine un fugitiv căutat în zadar. În inima noastră bate un ceas neobosit, iar secundele trec ca fulgerele într-o furtună de vară. Ne încântă primele raze de soare care se strecoară prin ferestrele vieții noastre și ne trezesc din somnul viselor. Dar, într-o clipa, lumina se stinge și ne împresoară întunericul amurgului. Ziua se topește într-un nor de amintiri, iar nopțile se topesc într-un suspin melancolic. Privim în oglinda timpului și vedem cum zilele trec ca petalele unei flori, purtate de vântul vieții. Clipa unei bucurii se preschimbă într-o lacrimă ușoară și sentimentele noastre se împrăștie ca niște steluțe căzătoare în imensitatea universului. Suntem călători prin coridoarele vremii, încercând să prindem fărâmele magice ale clipei și să le păstrăm într-o cutie de amintiri. Dar, oricât de mult ne-am agăța de ele, ne alunecă printre degete, scăpându-ne ca nisipul fin. Viața este un dans frenetic, un vals al destinului, unde fiecare mișcare este atent regizată de mâna nevăzută a timpului. Iar noi, pasagerii efemerității, suntem captivați în vârtejul acestei simfonii trecătoare. Așadar, să prindem clipele cu mâinile deschise, să trăim fiecare secundă ca și cum ar fi ultima, să ne bucurăm de culorile efemere ale vieții și să ne îmbrățișăm cu inima deschisă toate bucuriile și suferințele care ne vor călăuzi drumul.
