Happy May 1st✨ . Where the heck did April go?! I blinked and then the next thing I knew it was the end 😅 All together though I'm excited for May because not only am I working on super fun projects right now, but the weather is also getting warmer 😍 . سلام به همگی امیدوارم که روز جمعه تون عالی بوده باشه تا حالا. امروز دوست داشتم پاستا درست کنم برای ناهار و قبلاً خودم این مدل پاستارو تیست کرده بودم و خیلی نزدیک بود به ذائقه من. 😋 🍝👌🏻 دوست داشتم شما هم آماده کنید که به تنوعی توی پاستاهاتون داده باشید .تیست این پاستا بین تندی و شیرینی هست . البته شما هیچ کدوم از این طعم هارو بعد از آماده شدن غذاتون بصورت غالب نمیچشید. در واقع یه بالانسی بین چاشنی ها هست که خیلی طعم متفاوتی بهش میده. نکته: البته که شما دستتون باز هست که اگر هر کدوم از این چاشنی ها مورد پسندتون باشه بیشتر از میزان لازم استفاده کنید . مثلاً اگر طعم تندی دوست دارید میزان فلفل تند رو بیشتر استفاده کنید. ……………… بریم برای طرز تهیه: گوشت چرخ کرده رو با پیاز رنده شده ، فلفل سیاه و کمی نمک ترکیب میکنیم و داخل ماهیتابه تفت میدیم . گوش ت که کامل تفت خورد و از خامی دراومد ادویه هامون رو همراه با سیر ، زنجبیل رنده شده و فلفل های رنگی خرد شده به مایه گوشت اضافه میکنیم و باز تفت میدیم . عطر سبزیجات و ادویه ها که آزاد شد نوبت میرسه به سویاسس ، آب لیموترش و کمی شکر قهوه ای ( که اصل طعم این غذا بر پایه سویاسس و شکر قهوه ای هست ). باز روی حرارت باشه تا کمی از آب اسپاگتی ( که کمک میکنه اسپاگتی تون لطیف باشه ) رو به مایه اضافه میکنیم به همراه نشاسته ذرت که داخل آب سرد حل کردم تا مایه حال سس مانند به خودش پیدا کنه. نکته مهم : نشاسته ذرت خیلی سریع مایه تون رو سفت میکنه خیلی باید بهش دقت کنید که بعد از اضافه کردن مواد روی حرارت نمونه. دیگه نوبت اضافه کردن اسپاگتی و سبزیجات تازه مونه و در نهایت سرو غذامون . نوش جان ❤️ امیدوارم امتحان کنین و دوسش داشته باشید. ……………… مواد لازم: برای دو نفر . گوشت چرخکرده ۱۵۰ گرم . پیاز ۱ عدد متوسط . سیر ۲ حبه . زنجبیل رنده شده ۱ قاشق مرباخوری . فلفل رنگی خرد شده ۲ قاشق غذاخوری . فلفل تند سبز ۱ عدد کوچک . اسپاگتی . روغن مایع یا روغن کنجد . نشاسته ذرت ۱ قاشق چایخوری (که با دو قاشق غذاخوری آب سرد مخلوط میشه و بصورت محلول در میاد ). . سویا سس ۲ قاشق غذاخوری . شکر قهوه ای ۱ قاشق مرباخوری .آب لیمو ترش ۱ قاشق غذاخوری . نمک و فلفل . جعفری ، فلفل تند سبز و پیازچه فراوان برای سرو ………………… #foodphotooftheday #pastalovers🍝 #پاستا #اسپاگتی #غذای_ملل #رسپی #homemadepasta #foodbloger #onmyplate #recipedevelopment #foodstylish #lifestyleblogging #healthyeatingideas #womaninbusiness #زنان_ایرانی #pariskalantary

It’s me, hi 👋🏻 Maybe we’ve just got to know each other, maybe you’ve known me since began, maybe you’ve been watching me for a while and our paths have recently aligned. I’m Emma, I’m 27, mum to a crazy little boy who’s three next week (😩🥹). We live near the Lake District and I wouldn’t change where I live for the world! I did my A Levels, and left school to go straight to university and train to be a midwife. It was hard, but I loved it, and carried on being a midwife until I fell pregnant with my little boy. I had a really traumatic pregnancy and birth, and suffered horrendously with my mental health following this. Through this hard time, I discovered the joy of self care. And I mean TRUE self care, not just slapping on a face mask and pouring a glass of wine! I got into journaling, learnt all about self compassion, and started realising how important it was to put ME first. I started to share my ups and downs on the internet, I made a whole new group of likeminded mum friends; I learnt so many social media skills - like how to create content, and how to grow my social media; I learnt how to monetise my content; I learnt key social media marketing skills. Most importantly, it allowed me to build enough skills to leave my job as a midwife, as I started making money to help see me through a time of not working. And THEN…. These skills landed me my job of dreams, working in marketing for a global company! I couldn’t be happier.
