Reese's Cheesecake Decadent Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups 1/2 cup peanut butter chips 1/2 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Fold in sour cream. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped Reese's cups, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven, slightly open the oven door, and allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour. Thought it would be fun to start posting a few recipes that I love and tips that I’ve gathered in my wellness era. First up, these easy PB Protein Bars with a chocolate drizzle. The secret ingredient is some added @vitalproteins for all the protein without compromising the delicious PB flavor. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients: -1.5 cups of rolled oats -½ of creamy peanut butter -¼ cup of super fine almond flour -¼ cups of collagen powder -¼ honey -1 tablespoon of chia seeds -1-2 tablespoons of DF milk of choice -1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract -Pinch of sea salt -¼ cup of chocolate chips (I like @hukitchen ) Directions: Mix lightly together oats, collagen powder, chia seeds almond flour and salt -Microwave honey, vanilla and PB shortly to soften both -Add honey/pb mixture into dry ingredients along with 1 tablespoon of DF milk -If too dry can add another tablespoon of milk Mix well and place mixture in a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking dish. -Melt chocolate chips in microwave in small bowl -Drizzle overtop and then freeze for 30min Cut into bars or squares and enjoy. #glutenfreerecipes #proteinsnacks #healthysnacks #dairyfreesnacks #wholefoodsnacks #wellnessfood #peanutbutterchocolate #vitalproteinscollagenpeptides #hukitchenchocolate #proteinbars #snackprep #wellnessera
