Day ✌️ looked a little like this. We hit 131g of protein 🙌 and moved my body. My 1st meal was 👌 67g of protein and only 460 calories. Since I eliminated sugar & dropped my carbs to very little to none around noon I felt very nauseous/dizzy and a slight headache. (Detoxing) The headache lingered all night til bedtime. To by pass this & stay on top from feeling that keto flu I need to be drinking alot of electrolytes. Hey All you stoked shredders in Porthleven! Bit chilly in the brine today with the temp hovering around 10.35C, so get suited up right, bros. Nothing worse than a gnarly ice cream headache right? We've got waves peeling off at about 2.35m, so it's going to be a classic day for catching some bombers. If you haven't had your Weetabix, you might want to check your glass slippers at the door and stick close to the white water. Seriously dudes, these kind of big mamma waves call for boards with some length, I am thinking gun boards or longboards would introduce you to Mr. Wave in the nicest way possible. A board around the 8ft mark will hold a killer line and let you drop in and race those curling monsters. Now, with the wind blowing 18.05m/s and with a direction of 20.19 degrees, it’s a cross-offshore wind. That means it's going to be pretty epic, mixed with that wave size, we're talking clean faces and barrels city! Lookout for the inside section near the harbour as it’s known to house some sneaky drainers. But remember dudes and dudettes, always play nice - respect the locals and every surfer out there, we're all just hunting for the same stoke. Also, keep your eyes on the horizon line for those sneaky outside sets. They might look like mountains, but they hold the ride of a life time. And last but not least, shout out to the local crew.
