🤓 We’ve been hearing through the grapevine that a lot of people may be too intimidated to come to our gym. We realize that this is because of the way the gyms are painted, the fast paced nature of most of our classes, and the fact that we show how hard people work when they come to class. Well, all we ask is that you come give us a try! We have people of ALL fitness levels and ages here at PIT. There is no required level for you to be able to start at our gyms. Over the years, I’ve seen SO many people come in starting at absolutely ground zero; not being able to do a single push up, or even a bodyweight squat. A year later, they’re in the best shape of their life, banging out pushups, lifting weights in our strength classes, and doing burpees alongside the rest of all of us in class. Again, there is no fitness level requirement, it’s simply about a mindset. The people that come to this gym WANT to work hard and get into the best shape of their lives. It’s about putting in your best effort. Nobody at this gym cares if you have to do your pushups from your knees, or if you need to take a break and catch your breath before a set of jump squats or keg slams. We’re are all in it together, and we are just doing the best that we can, every time we enter the gym. All we care about is you TRYING.
