Today I leave the lovely city of Strasbourg in France and take a train to Germany where I will get ready to teach at the wonderful @yoginzky studio in Stuttgart. It has been many years since I last saw the community and my beautiful student, Anna Schmidt-Ohem, so it's exciting. ⠀ ⠀ On Thursday I will hop onto a plane to return to the beloved @earthyogamallorca in Palma de Mallorca, Spain for three fun master classes that work with the Gunas, the qualities of energy that rule our mind. Lots of fun asana into Pranayama and Meditaiton for each practice. THESE CLASSES ARE NOW AVAILABLE VIA LIVESTREAM AND ON DEMAND. Living in South Florida has blessed me with crossing paths with so many people from all walks of life because it’s one of our country’s biggest melting pots. I love meeting people from so many different countries and cultures. I don’t trust mainstream media so their perspectives on worldly topics help educate and enlighten me. I trust real stories and experiences, not propaganda. One of the most challenging things about living in a melting pot is that it’s so transient. People come and go all the time! It’s such a bummer to lose a friend who lives in close proximity BUT, on the bright side, my global community and network is growing! From the desert to the ocean 🪷🌵🪷 integration time after completing module one of the @the360emergence apprenticeship with @therealkateshela @the360.amberryan and a global collective of movers and shakers. 🪷🌵🪷 It’s so humbling to learn a new body of work after being deeply immersed in one embodied practice for so long. There’s so much scope and overlapping with this and yoga but this is only the beginning.
