As a big advocate for rights for ALL individuals, I have to say I am quite disappointed in the lack of ADA accessibility. We went to Lowes today and they made the wheelchair stall smaller to add another stall next to it (at the end) so I could barely turn the wheelchair intoo the stall and I could NOT turn it around. These pictures are taken with the wheelchair back, touching the door (picture with my legs in it), and with my phone at the door entry. It was quite frustrating to get it in there and maneuver around. TMI, but I was not sitting on it right because I could NOT move with the wheelchair touching the toilet. While I only have a wheelchair for a few more weeks, many will always have to use their device(s), and this is not okay. #DOBETTER #ADA #accessibilityforall

This statement assumes that the person you're talking to can see where you're pointing, which may not be the case for someone with visual impairment. A more appropriate way to communicate the information would be to use more descriptive language and provide clear directions that do not rely on visual cues. For example, you could say "It's to your left, about three steps away," or "It's on the table in front of you, about arm's length away."
