I used to feel like I HAD to workout 6 days a week for at least an hour, each, but wow. I dieted for years 🎢 But I never even knew it! It wasn’t until I learned about macros and calculated what my body actually needed on a daily basis that the lightbulb went off and I knew I needed to reverse my calories and heal my metabolism before I went any further. 🙅🏻‍♀ 1200 calories is NEVER EVER enough for ANYONE. Your tracking app is not taking your unique variables into account, nor does it care about your metabolic future! If you aren’t sure if this is you, here’s what you need to do: 1⃣ Track your food for 7-10 days on the Macros First app 2⃣ Determine whether you’ve been under-eating or eating in a calorie surplus based on your average 3⃣ From there, start to either reverse back to maintenance calories slowly, or figure out a slight deficit to start in. 4⃣ Make sure you’re moving and hydrating along with following your nutrition targets. Oh my gosh, I am soooo excited! I love, love, love healthy, natural, clean, whole foods. No GMOs. No aspartame. No icky sugary junk. I also love being a life coach. I completed the Health & Wellness Certification with the coaching school that I got my coaching certification from a few months ago. I also submitted the requirements for another coaching certification about really loving the skin you're in. No dieting. P.s. diet is a noun, not a verb. It is the way you feed your body, not something you do to lose some weight. Imagine my surprise and absolute delight when my new barter coach client is with a company that walks its talk.
