🚨 Transformation update 🚨 Thought I would share a little update with you all I finished a lap of our 10 day health marathon on Thursday and these are my results and I’m well chuffed!!! End of week 2 I really did not want to share these photos. I feel physically sick looking at myself. However, I can see small progress in the side pic but the other two make me cringe. I have been 100% absolutely on it. ✅Within calories ✅hit daily protein ✅Achieved weekly steps ✅Weights workouts I have planned and prepped, weighed and measured my food. Even milk, which I have NEVER counted before 🙈 that's a whole other post about ghost cals I will be sharing later... 🙈 I've not been hungry as I've not wasted calories on crap, I've been mindful of what I chose to put in my mouth. I will do my own measures and weights in tomorrow. I feel better in myself but I have hit my "I've done this for 2 weeks 100% why the f@*k am I not skinny??!?" wall. It's a process, I was ready for this. I have had to tell my other, less rational personality that we're in this for the long haul and week three and four will bring more progress. She's not listening she's eyeing up the remaining Easter eggs in protest but, we'll win her round.
