Bari Air Fryer Salmon Patties Ingredients: • 2 cans of wild salmon, drained (each 6 oz) • 1 egg • 1 clove garlic, minced (or about 1/2 tsp garlic oil) • 2 tbsp green onion, finely diced • 2 tsp arrowroot starch • 1 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) • 1 tsp dried dill • 1/2 tsp sea salt • 1/2 tsp ground pepper • Avocado oil or olive oil spray Instructions: 1. Prepare the garlic and green onion as instructed. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salmon patties, except the avocado oil spray. I’ve been quiet on here lately as I’ve been poorly and falling behind on recording what I eat , so here is Mondays I started the day of with some cranberry juice, a cup of tea and 1.5 boiled eggs.
