SMASHED SWEET POTATO BBQ ROTISSERIE CHICKEN PIZZA 🍕 by @_food_love_life_ Baked sweet potato, still warm, cut in half lengthwise Store bought or homemade BBQ sauce Thinly sliced red onions Thinly sliced jalapeños (optional) Shredded rotisserie chicken Fresh mozzarella, torn into small chunks Cilantro Preheat oven to 450°F 🍠 On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay both sides of the sweet potato skin side down. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and top with a piece of parchment. Using a frying pan or heavy skillet, smash each potato half into a 1/4-1/3” thick oval. Peel off the parchment amd top the sweet potato rounds with a little more olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Place in the oven 10 to 15 minutes until the top of the sweet potato begins to crisp. 🍗 Top both sweet potato rounds with barbecue sauce, onions, jalapeños, shredded chicken, and cheese. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Allow to rest for a few minutes before transferring to plate with a pancake flipper or other broad spatula. Top with a drizzle of ranch (optional) and a sprinkle of cilantro. Enjoy!

Your delicious beef spiral pasta is cooking...🔥 Ingredients:🍝 1、250 grams of pasta 2、300 grams of beef, thinly sliced or cut into strips 3、2 tablespoons of olive oil 4、1 onion, chopped 5、2 cloves of garlic, minced 6、1 red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped 7、200 grams of chopped tomatoes 8、1 teaspoon of dried basil 9、Salt and pepper, to taste 10、Italian cheese, for garnish Instructions:🍝 1、Cook the pasta until al dente. Balsamic mushrooms with polenta . Ciuperci la tigaie cu usturoi, mărar, salvie și oțet balsamic Cu mămăliguță caldă alături, o masă minunată de post. (dacă omiteți cubul de unt pe care l-am pus eu și îl înlocuiți cu ulei de măsline). . Am avut 700 grame ciuperci brune champignon pe care le-am tăiat felii pe unele iar pe altele le-am tocat bucăți mai mari. Am vrut să am forme diferite. . Apoi le-am pus pe toate într-o cratiță încăpătoare fără nimic. Le-am lăsat să își lase zeamă și abia acum am pus un cub de unt. Dacă țineți post puneți ulei de măsline. Imediat și câțiva căței de usturoi tocați. . Am lăsat să se gătească puțin și usturoiul și am adăugat sare, o lingură oțet balsamic și 2 linguri apă. Am mai lăsat să se întrepătrundă puțin aromele și după un minut am pus și 2 frunze de salvie. Încă un minut și am oprit focul. . Am presărat mărar tocat. Făcusem și mămăliguța între timp și bună ne-a fost masa. . Cleaner options for toothpaste are a must, especially for kids who tend to swallow some, if not all, of their toothpaste! A few of the most common toxic ingredients found in toothpaste include fluoride, SLS, triclosan, saccharin, aspartame and titanium dioxide. Fluoride is a controversial topic and I'm not here to say to avoid fluoride for your family. That is a decision I'll let you do your own research on after I give you just a few facts about it: (and I will support whatever decision you decide is best for YOUR FAMILY...even if it means you will use toothpaste that contains fluoride 😊) 🦷 Excessive amounts of fluoride have been linked to dental and skeletal fluorosis, which is impairment of the enamel of the teeth and bones that leads to discoloration, pitting and pain. 🦷 There is a possible link between high levels of fluoride in children and adverse effects on their neurodevelopment. 🦷 There are also concerns that fluoride can disrupt the endocrine system leading to issues with hormone balance. 🦷 40% of adolescents exceed the daily intake of fluoride from their toothpaste alone. That doesn't account for the fluoridated water many homes also have. Thankfully, there is a better alternative to fluoride out there that is actually a compound that is naturally found in teeth, and that is hydroxyapatite. It's great at remineralizing and rebuilding the enamel. 🍞HOMEMADE GLUTENVRIJ BROOD uit de broodbakmachine🍞 Het valt niet altijd mee om een glutenvrij brood te bakken, dit kan zelfs een ware uitdaging zijn! Of het deeg rijst niet goed of de smaak is gewoon niet lekker. Maar ik heb een goed nieuws! Brood bakken met dit recept lukt mij altijd, het brood is smaakvol, vezelrijk, elastisch en vult goed! Ik gebruik veel soorten meel, I know! Maar dat is juist het geheim. Net zoals deze hoeveelheden aanhouden en alles goed wegen. Dat is cruciaal bij brood bakken! Het mixen van de droge ingrediënten kost wat tijd daarom maak ik altijd genoeg voorraad (bewaarbakjes) zodat ik op de dag zelf alleen de mix, gist en de natte ingrediënten in mijn broodbakker kan doen. Net zoals vandaag😊 Broodmix voor 1 brood⬇️ ▪️140 g havermeel (glutenvrij) ▪️50 g tapiocameel ▪️40 g sorghummeel ▪️25 g teffmeel ▪️25 g boekweitmeel ▪️24 g aardappelzetmeel ▪️32 g maïszetmeel ▪️24 g kikkererwtenmeel ▪️15 g kokosmelkpoeder( soms sla ik over) ▪️18 g gebroken lijnzaad ▪️35 g psyllium vezels (bijv. Mattisson) ▪️8g zout ▪️1 el pompoenpitten ▪️1 el zonnebloempitten --------------------------------------- ▪️6 a 7 g gedroogde gist of 15 g verse gist Natte ingrediënten⬇️ ▪️325 g water ▪️3 eieren (min 163 en max 170 g) ▪️30 g olijfolie ▪️12 g honing of ahornsiroop ▪️5 g citroensap Bereiding⬇️ Plaats alle ingrediënten in het bakblik van je broodbakmachine, begin met de natte ingrediënten en voeg dan pas de droge toe, vergeet je gist niet. super easy SPICY HONEY SESAME SALMON BITES! 🌶️🍯 by @kulas_kitchen save for the recipe + the BEST salmon cooking method! most of you know how much I love my salmon bites and this spicy chili crisp version is next level. I started using this method to cook salmon and have NEVER looked back - it’s so easy and makes the perfect little salmon bites for rice bowls + salads. you need to make them!!! 1 large salmon filet, skin removed + cut into 1 inch chunks 1 heaping tbsp tamari or soy sauce 1 heaping tbsp honey 1 tbsp sesame oil 2-4 tsp chili crisp, depending how spicy you want it - I love @flybyjing and @traderjoes brands *if you want extra garlic flavor, add 1 clove grated garlic coat salmon chunks in all remaining ingredients. you can either make this ahead and let it marinate in the fridge for several hours, or mix everything and let it sit for just a couple minutes before cooking. when ready to cook, heat a cast iron skillet over medium. once hot, add salmon chunks in an even layer. let them cook on one side for about 3-4 minutes until deeply golden brown, then flip each piece and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side. they should be browned on the outside and just cooked through in the middle. serve with crispy rice, avocado + more chili crisp and/or tamari if desired! #salmonrecipe #salmonbowl #easyrecipes

Bowl with chicken, Basmati rice and Avocado salad by @ikosun_kitchen Ingredients 2 pieces of chicken breast Marinade: 6 tbsp soy sauce (light) 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder Salt (omit if soy sauce is salty) ▫️▫️▫️ 2. Sauce after cooking 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 full teaspoon sambal oelek 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce ▫️▫️▫️ Preparation: Cut the chicken crosswise 3-4 times. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and generously coat the chicken with it. Leave in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. I would have liked to let it rest for around 2-3 hours. Heat pan. Add oil and fry the chicken. Optionally cook in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise, sambal oelek and sweet chilli sauce. Take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for a while. Then cut into strips and spread the prepared sauce on top. Serve with rice and salad ▫️▫️▫️ Basic rice recipe Ratio 1 cup rice: 2 cups water 1 cup basmati rice 2 cups of water 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil (neutral) 1 tbsp butter Preparation; First, carefully wash the rice several times with cold water. Then pour lukewarm water over the rice and let it stand for 25 minutes. Then strain. Heat oil and butter in the pan. Add 2 cups of water and salt and bring to the boil with the lid on. Now add the rice to the pan, stir 1-2 times and cook with the lid closed over medium heat until the water evaporates. Turn off the stove, carefully fluff the rice and leave it covered on the warm stove for 20 minutes. Eating healthy can be super simple and delicious. Take this meal for instance: Toast with avocado and eggs! I used a low-carb bread, mashed up avocado with salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic powder, fried two eggs and lightly seasoned them and then just stacked everything together. This whole process took me 10 minutes. (Not even) Now I've gotten my healthy fats, I've gotten a decent amount of protein from the bread and the eggs, so I'm going to be full for the next 5 to 6 hours and completely satisfied. I want you guys to get it out of your head that eating healthy is somehow complicated and requires a ton of effort. I'll be brutally honest... You can spend hours in the kitchen making food that is healthy or making food that is unhealthy. At the same time you can also make both healthy and unhealthy meals fast and easy. At the end of the day, if eating healthy is your goal, you can make it fast and easy.
