900 days of calisthenics milestone reached! 🔥🔥🎉🎉 When I first started my calisthenics fitness journey, it was supposed to only be 100 days. Flash forward, I decided that I wanted to do 1000 days of calisthenics and now here we are at day 900. 🤣🤣 Being consistent with this goal has taught me so much more than just personal fitness. I have a hard time maintaining a straight handstand, whether it’s coming from a press (straddle or tuck in the first two videos) or moving from scissors to straight legs facing the wall (3rd video). "Сколько нужно тренироваться?" - очень часто задают этот вопрос. Давайте разбираться❤️ Как обычно, однозначного ответа не будет 🥰 Частота и длительность тренировок зависит от вашей спортивной формы и времени восстановления. А ещё от ваших целей. Если говорить в общем, то для прогресса вполне достаточно трех тренировок в неделю. Работа эффективна, если происходит суперкомпенсация. Суперкомпенсация – это момент, во время которого тренированная ранее мышца становится сильнее. Суперкомпенсация наступает, когда тело восстанавливается после тяжелой тренировки. Поэтому тяжело тренироваться 7 дней в неделю НЕЭФФЕКТИВНО! Разве что менять фокус и интенсивность тренировок. Если после суперкомпенсации мы не продолжаем себя нагружать, эффект пропадает. Поэтому заниматься раз в две недели бесполезно. Может улучшиться координация, но окрепнуть и растянуться не получится. По времени полноценная тренировка может занимать в среднем от 40 минут до 1.5 часа. Но здесь тоже по возможностям. Некоторым 30 минут вполне хватит (на базовую), а кто-то может 3 часа работать на руках. И это, кстати, не я. Заметила, что если тиенируюсь по 2 часа и больше, начинаю травмироваться. *** Именно, исходя из всех этих моментов, я решила, что двух онлайн занятий в неделю (включая записи) будет достаточно. Тренировки разные по фокусу. Если каждую выполнять в записи повторно, лучшей программы не придумать 🔥

PUSH workout featuring my goal of one day achieving a handstand press!🙏🏻🙈 Starting off with a thorough warmup and some mobility because my shoulders have not been too kind to me lately (or maybe it’s the other way around…☠️) warmup exercises are some of the ones in another post 😮 I didn’t actually train handstands in this workout. I chose the elevated pike hold instead to work on positioning. I can see major improvement in this exercise especially my hip flexors being more engaged. How to learn the Crow Pose? 💪🏼 By @coachbachmann The Crow Pose is Bent Arm Skills with roots in yoga, gymnastics and contemporary dance. For many the crow pose is the first handstand or arm balance learned and over the years the crow pose has become a fundamental skill in most movement cultures. Training for the Crow pose will help you increase upper body pushing, core and back strength. Additionally, the crow pose is an excellent progression to learn about control and balance when standing on your hands. Over time the crow pose can turn into a crane, a bent arm stand or even the 90 degrees push up. Mastering the crow pose will open the doors to a world filled with exciting skills to learn. The first step to mastering the crow pose is to truly understand how it works. Start in a deep squat and place the spot where your triceps meet your elbow on top of the knees. Being bent both joints create a flat surface which offers an outstanding support surface. From here lean towards the front and place your hands on the floor about shoulder wide apart. Keep the contact between your triceps and knees. Now continue to lean, bend your elbows a bit more for your face to go closer towards the floor, load your hands with weight and from your tippy toes take your feet off the floor. The more you bend your elbows the closer your face will be to the floor. Play around with the angle and see what is comfortable for you. Keep in mind that it is essential to lean towards the front as you want your fingertips to be heavy. Just like when standing on your feet as soon as the toes, or fingertips, leave the floor and we are on the heels we lose control and balance with the entire body. In the final position your forearms and shins should create a vertical line. To protect from injuries and to allow you to stay in control at all times your scapula should be protracted and elevated! Érdemes ezeket a terhelt nyújtásokat végezni, mert a nyújtások közben az erőt is fejlesztjük, sőt a sérülések kialakulása is kisebb. Általában másfélszeres vállszéles terpeszt érdemes választani a gyakorlatokhoz, de ha nem vagy képes még a megfelelő mintát alkalmazni a törzsdöntésnél, ami ugye a csípőből indul, akkor nyugodtan csökkentsd a terpesz nagyságát. Ahogy javul a minta és fejlődik az erőd, úgy növelhetsz a távolságon és terhelheted nagyobb külső ellenállással. Végezz 3-5 sorozatot 5-10 ismétléssel és a végpozícióban tartsd ki 5-10 másodpercig. Accountability 🔥 “An obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions” One of the biggest challenges I hear from new clients is a lack of accountability. I get it. I’ve been there. It’s hard to get up and do the work when the only person you are letting down is yourself. But how long will you let yourself down for, before enough is enough? What is the meaning of “training” for you?🤔 Let me explain… Training is the process of learning any skills and has specific goals of improving one’s capability, capacity and performance. Training generally involves working out in a structured format to measure progress and performance. Ok, that’s totally acceptable by me, but as I am not a professional athlete and I don’t have to achieve a specific level of performance during a competition and after 10 years of consistent training I came down to the conclusion that training is my place of creativity, it’s my playground, it’s the quality time that I enjoy spending with myself!!!🤩 Training is not just a daily habit for me, it’s my meditation !!! Pushing my body how far can it go at this point while being safe. Yes everything I do is mostly physically liberating but it is also mental fortitude. Not long ago I was questioned about my practice that it is lacking spirituality. True, I dont practice nor preach it. I usually offer or point people to a different direction/ discipline that focuses on this. My belief is being in control of the mind and body helps to be closer or being one with the universe.
