Vielleicht kennst du den Spruch: Du bist so jung, wie deine Wirbelsäule beweglich ist. Der stammt zwar von Herrn Pilates, dem Gründer dieser Bewegungsrichtung, das heißt aber nicht, dass wir uns im Yoga nicht auch daran bedienen dürfen. Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit und Arbeitsalltag stellen unsere Wirbelsäule immer wieder vor neue Herausforderungen. Erst ist es der verlagerte Körperschwerpunkt, der den Rücken häufig in eine etwas andere Position zwingt. Dann kommt die Zeit des Stillens und Tragens - und du kennst es vielleicht: Das zerrt an den Schultern und am Nacken. Und wenn die Kinder dann älter sind und du zurück im Berufsalltag, dann nimmst du wahrscheinlich für mehrere Stunden am Tag die typische Schreibtisch-Haltung ein. In unserem Workshop „Happy Spine - Happy Mom“ mit Julia steht deine Rückengesundheit im Vordergrund. Wir nutzen dabei sowohl Elemente aus dem Vinyasa Yoga als auch präventive Yogatherapie-Sequenzen, die deinen Rücken stärken und mobilisieren. Du lernst Übungen kennen, die du auch zwischendurch zu Hause einbauen kannst, um so nachhaltig an deiner Happy Spine zu arbeiten. Have you seen this interview where Rebecca Ferguson talks about being abused on set by a costar who was “number one on the call sheet“. She says he verbally abused her, even in front of other cast and crew. She describes walking off set in tears, and having the feeling that no one had her back, that there was “no safety net” for her. This kind of thing either wouldn’t happen or would be promptly handled as constructively as possible on any set where I am Intimacy Coordinator. Yes, Intimacy Coordinators choreograph, organize consent and modesty garments and such for spicy scenes.
