Stretch the whole body & make sure you are warm before you begin. ⠀ ——⠀ My GO TO workout 💪🏼 ⏱ 35 min Cardio 💥 ⠀ 1. 100 Push Ups ⠀ 2. 100 Thrusters ⠀ 3. 100 Sit Ups⠀ 4. 5 Burpees every minute ⠀ Every minute starting at zero do 5 burpees.
