In the symbiotic inter-relationship between tree and vine, what would be required of these two in order to become this One. This amazing specimen cannot be separated. It’s impossible to say if the vine became the tree or the tree became vine-like. I suppose a scientist somewhere has a name for this being, but I’d rather enjoy the place of not knowing. Like trying to use words to explain God or Love to humans, words will always be a poor substitute for the experience of standing here witnessing this union. Some say all vines are parasitic. I say, “Is that so?” What of the the old thick vine long since passed that still remains intertwined in the branches of an old Tulip Poplar? Did they really part in death? Nature will find a way. . We hear that quote often. And as I walked this morning I was fascinated with the flowers growing in cracks on the wall sloping down to the river. . Nature will find a way - do you believe this? And similarly if nature holds the problem would it not make sense for her to also carry the solution? . This was another reason why Homeopathy and Herbal remedies made such utter sense to me. Nature has balance. So in turning to nature we can find in our remedies many solutions to balance out problems. . Some slag homeopathy off as being nothing more than water. We know Quantum physics is now beginning to go beyond the atom to much smaller particles that are there. . We know too that folk often try to say that one remedy should be the same for everyone for example with a cough. Well first homeopathy treats the whole person so we pick a remedy according to how you are experiencing your cough - wet / dry, worse for movement / lying down, better for fresh air, cold drinks. We all experience a cough differently. . I also argue if that was truly the case then why are there so many differing cough bottles and pills on the market. People will say oh that brand didn’t help me but this one did. . Going way back in our Celtic wisdom we had natural remedies here too. We were very connected with the land and the magic she holds.
