I’ve read a lot of comments about this guy’s passing and still in our country we still don’t know the difference between grief and depression. Many label them as the same thing bc they are similar but actually different. Grief is pure agony of living without someone that died! His father just died and they buried him last week from what I read and he was his best friend. Grief doesn’t stop in a day or week! I have prolonged grief which is grief years down the road still there and I’ve wanted to die bc of it! I have battled severe depression as well when I was suffering with 3 rapes silently and I wanted to die then. Regular depression sees hopelessness in life grief you see going to heaven and being with your loved ones. Until you live them both you’ll never understand that they are truly different. My grief has NO hopelessness attachment but my financial situation and being homeless again does. I have thought about it again over the last week. Bc it takes me to calm of going to heaven with my loved ones and I will not be homeless again. That’s my hopelessness! Brain health(mental health) is so complicated for many to understand! Especially GRIEF and depression! Just like this month being overdose awareness month. Overdose doesn’t just mean accidental awareness it means intentionally too! It just is called something different when it’s intentional then it’s died by suicide. Me swallowing too many pills is an overdose.Someone dying by something laced that they didn’t know was in it(fentanyl) is murder. They are different too! But they still call them the same. Just bc it looks one way doesn’t mean it’s the same! My heart breaks bc I know what he was feeling and still feel& I still think about! Grief darkness is horrific then add life darkness it’s horrifying! I need some new #nighties . I dont like #pyjamas as they get all twisted around my bum when I'm asleep. Where do you get your nighties from? I normally get mine from @primark or @nextofficial . I've been struggling. I don't understand why (if you live in constant pain, you understand that statement). I can't even gaslight myself into thinking there's a reason to be hopeful. I was starting to do so much better physically. After I got c0vid last year, February, my health started declining again. All my autoimmune disorders kicked into overdrive. I can't hold down a job. I don't see friends. I get so much anxiety over a dirty home that it requires copious amounts of floor time, tears, and redirection. I feel cheated. Robbed. ✨✨I’m doing everything in my power to not let chronic illnesses dull my Sparkle✨✨ Chronic pain is not just being in pain it’s frustration, sadness, anxiety, depression, worry, loneliness, emptiness and anger. It’s wondering if this is what it will be like forever. It’s asking yourself how will i continue to manage this pain? It’s missing the past you, barely surviving the present, and dreading the future! It’s feeling dependent on so many things that you wish you weren’t, dependant on medication, dependent on people, dependent on the health care system! It’s missing out on taking the path in life you thought you would because of limitations. Surviving chronic pain means getting up in the morning and facing another day of uncertainty, and doing it all with a smile on your face whilst trying to fight the daily battle with your body and hoping you have a good day! Something people don’t understand is Fatigue vs tired - when you are tired, you know that after some rest you’ll feel better. Fatigue is when you need a rest after taking a shower. Its not all bad it’s showed me the importance of what and how I want my future to look like, it’s showed me who truly matters and is in my corner ❤️ i am ever so grateful to the beautiful humans who have reached out or are always there!
