It Is Never Too Late to Start Stretching and Strengthening Your Body Do you sometimes feel like you've missed the boat on getting flexible and building strength? Think again! You are never too old to start practicing yoga, Pilates or simple stretching routines. In fact, making time for gentle movement and mobility work becomes even more important as we age. Diese kleine Asanareihe hilft unsere Balance (auch innerlich) sehr schnell zu verbessern. Asanans wie den Baum kannst du sogar mehrmals täglich üben. Wenn du die Augen schließt und es schaffst ein paar Sekunden, schnell auch ein paar Atemzüge, mit geschlossenen Augen sicher und bequem zu stehen bist du fortgeschritten! Aber Achtung, die Balance kann man zwar sehr gut trainieren, wenn wir sie aber nicht regelmäßig nutzen verlieren wir sie auch schnell wieder. Two Wellbeing retreats wrapped up today at Dzamling Gar! 🌟 We have designed the programme and combined private and small group sessions to immerse our retreatants in the world of Yantra Yoga and meditation, as they are beginners but have some experience. Here's a glimpse into one of the day: 🌞 Morning: Breakfast 10am - Private Yantra Yoga session with Alessandra 11:30am - Private meditation session with Rabgyi Sessions are 1 hour each 🍽️ Lunch break followed by leisure time for beach strolls or shopping. Wunderbar, dann liege ich mit den nächsten Themen richtig. Den Workshop Yoga für Rücken, Nacken, Schultern gibt es am bereits im Mai und im Juni geht es dann um Sonnengruß Variationen. Einzig mit 3 D Yoga kann wohl niemand etwas anfangen. Dabei macht es Spaß und man bekommt ein völlig neues Gefühl für einzelne Asanas. Stelle dir einfach eine Asana vor, die du in verschiedene Richtungen drehst. So fühlt sich die stehende Vorwärtsbeuge anders an als die Sitzende, du kannst aber auch auf dem Rücken liegend die Beine in die Luftstrecken und mit den Hände in Richtung der Füße gehen.
