Id tell her to get out of the house and start finding some mom friends. Motherhood feels so much less isolating when you can go through it with someone who understands. It might surprise you that the people you thought would be there aren’t, but there’s people out there that will become your village. On your bad days, use your village. It might just take texting your new mom friends to pull you out of your hardest days 💜 I would also tell her that each stage is temporary. So when you feel like you are in the trenches- so tired, so isolated, so overwhelmed, so many body changes, just know that it will eventually get better over time and to give yourself and your body grace.
