Ho un rapporto un po’ particolare con questi cupcake. La prima volta che li ho fatti, in realtà in forma di torta, era per il compleanno di uno dei miei host-dad tedeschi circa mille anni fa. Certo che, direte, ad un tedesco gli vai a fare un dolce con la birra irlandese… Vero, però è stata apprezzata al punto che da lì è diventato il dolce che preparo quando voglio fare bella figura senza far troppa fatica.
