Crispy chocolate peanut butter cups: 1 cup peanut butter (we used Adams) 1/4 cup maple syrup 2-4 TBS coconut flour (I used almond flour) 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 TBS coconut oil 1 1/4 rice crispies Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup. Add in the flour- start with 2 TBS and add more as needed. You want the consistency to be pinchable, but not too dry. In a separate microwaveable bowl mix chocolate and oil. Heat in 20 second increments stirring between until melted and smooth. Add in rice cereal and stir well. In a lined muffin tin, split peanut butter mixture between the 12 sections. Press down. Add a spoonful or two of the chocolate mixture to the top. Put in fridge or freezer to harder. Incredible dessert WITHOUT sugar and WITHOUT oven 🍫🍓 Ingredients: 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal 7 oz (200 g) sugar-free dark chocolate 10.6 oz (300 g) mascarpone, cream cheese, or cottage cheese 1 cup (240 ml) low-fat cream 2 tablespoons sweetener (such as stevia), or to taste Few drops of vanilla extract 7 oz (200 g) strawberries, sliced (optional) 0.63 oz (18 g) instant gelatin 1/2 cup (120 ml) hot water (not boiling) Directions: In a skillet, fry the oatmeal over medium heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool. Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate using your preferred method (microwave or double boiler). Strawberry Dole Whip Refreshing Strawberry Dole Whip: A Tropical Delight Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups frozen strawberries 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup canned coconut milk 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional) 1 tablespoon lime juice Zest of 1 lime Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional) Directions: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), lime juice, and lime zest. You're welcome 💩 I picked up this organic dairy-free chocolate milk from @wegmans, and it's loaded with really amazing bonus ingredients!
