Doctors find no sign of poisoning during Bushra’s examination A team of doctors who examined and collected samples from former first lady Bushra Bibi in Banigala on Thursday have found no symptoms of slow poisoning in her body, according to one of the doctors who was part of the medical team. The medical team included doctors from Islamabad’s Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) and the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Lahore. Ms Bibi’s lab samples were collected days after she, her husband Imran Khan and several PTI leaders claimed that the former first lady had been slow poisoned in the sub-jail, where she is serving her prison sentence in the Toshakhana reference. As with my other pregnancies, I thankfully did not have any morning sickness. But something was different this time around, being pregnant with two young children took a toll on my body. I had a lot of fatigue, by the time I arrived at work at 7:30 am, I was already counting down until 4:30 pm. . Add the hot summer days plus the outreach portion of my job that required me to drive a lot, I was extremely exhausted. The highlight of my workdays was lunchtime, my break was for an hour, I would quickly eat and sleep for the remainder of my break. Those power naps were therapeutic. . And then there was an impending diagnosis that my doctor was very concerned about. This issue required several doctor’s visits. At times, I would have to go for the appointments during my lunch break with the permission of my supervisor; after a while, I was told that it was no longer allowed. I had to take time off of work at times. . The journey from conception to delivery is an interesting one. It can be bumpy, sometimes it does not go as desired but God’s Will is for it to be a graceful one. His promises never fail, he has a track record of keeping his Word. Life, in general, is filled with various journeys. At times, one can encounter roadblocks or closures, traffic jams, potholes, and so much more. The key is to allow the God of your journey to lead you, he knows the end from the beginning. Happy Thursday! Smile! We get another day and another chance to love and be loved. The scar on my left arm gets so much attention. Sometimes children will walk up to me and touch it. Their parents get so embarrassed but it's okay. People ask me what happened and I don't have a problem telling them. To make a long story short I’ll tell you the part that changed my perspective on life. God supernaturally healed my arm. He stretched it out when my entire medical team said I would NEVER have a full range of motion. Take a look at the large number of screws in my elbow. My arm was locked in place and would not move. I couldn't bend it! I have so much hardware in my arm that I would consistently set alarms off. I hated it. However, after my arm was supernaturally stretched out by God I haven't set off one alarm! Hallelujah! I remember the way I felt inside when all of a sudden my arm start stretching out after being ministered to. It didn't hurt. I was so familiar with pain. I was accustomed to going to the Physical Therapist and doing exercises with my arm that made me cry consistently. When God stretched my arm out at the altar I didn't feel anything but peace and love. My goodness! The altar is such a special place to me. I love the altar for MANY reasons. I was left with this long scar that some would call ugly. Heck to be real it's not pretty but it's a reminder that my God is FAITHFUL! He’s still miraculously healing people! Whenever something seems impossible (of course nothing is impossible but sometimes it seems like it is) I rub my arm and remember that one day when God decided that no matter what he was coming to take care of me, His baby girl. I didn't just hear about a supernatural healing experience. I didn't just read about one in the Bible. I have encountered a few. To God be the glory! The past few months God has been continually reminding me to keep my eyes centered on him no matter what the circumstances appear to look like. When I went to the doctor few months back he indicated I do not have to take iron infusions anymore. Iron infusions is a procedure in which iron is delivered to your body intravenously, meaning into a vein through a needle. This method of delivering medication or supplementation is also known as an intravenous (IV) infusion. I replied, "I don't. He said you have not been taking them all year. I replied, I haven't. It is so much that goes on in my life I did not even notice. He said you don't need them anymore your numbers are good. I just sat in the chair starring at him speechless. He just stood there and looked at me. I could not say anything or move. Once I left the office it did not hit me into I entered into the car. I sat in my car and just cried. Once you heal the soul you can heal the body. What you are going through is not about you. When God opens your eyes and understanding you will see that it was him all along. You ask yourself that question, "How did I not know? I told him several of times God you are good. I have to give it to you. He sure does have a way of doing things. I have a praise report I want to share, to God be all the glory. I went to the doctor with issues concerning my neck. For those who don't know, when I was 39 years old the doctor diagnosed me with disk degeneration disease. This disease affects the spine, its disks and the nerves. I won't go into all the particulars of what has happened since then, no today I want to give a great big shout out to God through this praise report. So I went to the doctor and they took 4 or 5 X-rays of my neck. Now I had been praying and confessing the healing scriptures on a constant basis. I have also been making declarations that what was wrong with my neck was not what the enemy of my soul was trying to make me think that being that this disease had spread to my neck. My doctor came in and here is what he said; there are a couple of Abnormalities with a couple of my disks but The issue in my neck is the muscle at the bottom of my neck and not disk degeneration disease. This means I will be going to a physical therapist to help the muscle do as it is supposed to. This also means NO neck surgery, which I do not ever ever ever want to have! God is so good and faithful to His Word. I never feared being told that disk degeneration disease had spend to my neck because I know in whose report I believe even IF the doctor had come back with that diagnosis, which he did not! I know without a shadow of a doubt that as God and I walk this path in life together that I am already Victorious. So know that if you are going through a hard time child of God, God is right there with you, walking you through every step of it! PrEP is short for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. It is a new HIV prevention method in which people who do not have HIV take a daily pill to reduce their risk of becoming infected. Naftali Kinuthia, the 28-year-old man who killed Moi University student Ivy Wangechi, is in a stable condition, Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) CEO, Dr. Wilson Aruasa , says. Kinuthia was taken to the facility on Tuesday, April 9 in critical condition after sustaining injuries inflicted on him by Eldoret residents shortly after he brutally hacked Ivy outside the MTRH. During his admission in hospital, doctors at the MTRH said his health was “extremely at risk”. “As we speak, he is still undergoing treatment in the hospital. We have administered him with medicine and water. His parents have come to see him. He is under the close watch of the National Police Service and the DCI. The two agencies will now embark on interrogating him in order to find out why he killed the woman,” said Dr. Aruasa.
