Before I shifted into Life & Money Transformational Coaching, I exclusively worked with clients seeking to heal trauma. Through this work, I encountered some of the most horrific experiences inflicted on others. People often asked me how I managed to distance myself from the pain, how did I avoid internalizing it? Truthfully, I did not and I don't separate myself from another's pain; I feel it deeply within me. I cry with my clients, rage alongside them, and even curse at their abusers. I sit with them in their pain. And then, I find moments for myself where I simply weep for humanity. I've often imagined gathering with others who feel as deeply as I do, inviting them to the forest or by the sea, to weep for humanity together. One of the most powerful tools for healing trauma is tears. Tears, especially those shed without a narrative, serve as a profound validation that injury has occurred to the self or to another. When trauma is validated, shame dissipates. Dissipating shame is crucial for living the life of our dreams and attracting the abundance that would truly fulfill us. So, I wholeheartedly support communal weeping, especially in nature. #justathought

Les champs et les chemins étaient remplis de ces magnifiques couleurs et formes ! C'était tellement beau qu'on avait du mal à ne pas s'émerveiller.. Malgré le journées fraîches, le froid qui part et revient, Le printemps est bien là 😀, les fleurs ont fini par sortir, la vie continue ! Dieu veut encore nous émerveiller ! C'est une nouvelle saison qui commence. Que notre cœur soit dans la joie car notre Seigneur veut se révéler de nouveau à nous ! Le temps de chanter est arrivé ! Louons le Seigneur pour son amour, sa bonté et tout ce qu'il a prévu pour nous et soyons en action ! Malgré le froid, la pluie, le vent ou n'importe quelle situation dans notre vie, n'oublions pas que nous sommes les lumières que Dieu a mis dans le monde et nous avons la puissance de Dieu en nous ! I am your servant. I feel deep within my self that I have some connection to You. I am subordinate to You, but somehow I am now in adverse circumstances. There are so many enemies within me trying to take me away from You. Therefore I cannot give my full attention to You and Your name. Sometimes life will unexpectedly confirm something for you and even if you feel a tiny bit sad about it, you know you have to make certain decisions for yourself and you’ll make it to the other side of whatever you are feeling in the moment—you will…trust that. I remember in Trevor Noah’s book he talked about the pillaging that can happen to some people. Kind hearts 💕 giving souls have to put up boundaries because some people have no consideration or conscience. They will take every ounce of time, energy, resource and never even think about what is being given up for that sans appreciation or gratitude. La vie avec Jésus est ce qu'on appelle aussi la vie de disciple. Quand on cherche la définition du mot disciple on trouve : 1. Personne qui reçoit l'enseignement d'un maître. (Aristote, disciple de Platon..) 2. Personne qui adhère aux doctrines d'un maître. (C'est une disciple fervente de…) Donc être un disciple de Jésus est recevoir l'enseignement de notre maître Dieu et y adhérer, mais ça va plus loin avec Jésus car quand nous donnons notre vie à Dieu en acceptant que Jésus a pris tout ce qui nous condamnait, notre vie change et plus qu'une adhésion à une pensée c'est une nouvelle vie qui commence. La vie de disciple est une vie orientée en premier vers Dieu et ensuite vers les autres ! Si nous sommes disciples de Jésus, cela signifie que nous orientons nos vies vers les autres comme Jésus l'a fait. Cela signifie que nous travaillons pour leur bien. L'amour pour les autres est au cœur de la vie de disciple. 🔎🍃Does it feel like it's Earth Day, though? Surrounded by still-green London cut grass, Got few chances this year to get nearby those (sometimes artificial) oasis of serendipity. Makes me wonder how the urban landscape Will eventually change, giving concrete cement and privatisation more space than ever. Imagine if at certain point you will have to pay to walk through gardens or any public-access park [it's happening in some places] - not just for festivals. Now it is just a dystopian thought, but who knows. Hope for the best that we can keep it free and equally enjoyable for anyone who needs sometimes to escape 'the City'. I am aware that is not a 'trend' anymore (like Greta still protesting with no media obsessing coverage), but of course we got to keep on pushing towards at least a relief in terms of carbon footprint (ours and the billion-heirs included) and all the strategies we can put in place to slow down this inevitable eco-systematic disaster. A promise that turns into constant action. Btw, Wishing all my friends out there to get this nature-contact moments anytime soon... cause it's the best way to decompress.
