🍞 FLAX MEAL BREAD ... only 3-ingredients, Homemade in seconds! 👩🏼‍🍳 Basic Recipe for 3-Ingredient Flax Meal Bread from @thekelseyrose_ Flax Meal ———— 4 Tbsp Baking powder -— 1/4 tsp Egg ———————- 1 Instructions:  1) First Mix the Dry Ingredients well together 2) Add Egg + Mix Well 3) Pour Into Small 5-1/2” Square Baking Dish or Round Ramekin (whatever you prefer) 4) Microwave for 90-seconds, check to see if it needs more time 5) Remove, and let cool 6) Cut in half, so you have two slices of bread 7) Put in Toaster ... if you want some nice crunch. Ketojenik ekmek anlamında bir dolu tarif var, ben genelde evde ne varsa ve o an neyi daha çabuk yapabileceğimi düşünüyorsam tercihimi o yönde kullanıyorum. 😅 100 gr tahin 100 gr haşhaş ezmesi 3 yumurta 1 tatlı kaşığı elma sirkesi 2 gr karbonat ( 1/2 çķ ) bir çimdik tuz Malzemeleri ağzı geniş bir kavanozda birleştirdim. Bunun sebebi daha önceden gelen çok kötü bir tecrübe 😰 Tahin ve haşhaş ezmesi hem çok yağlı hem de mikser ile çırpmak için (özellikle beklemiş olanlar) katı... ve birdenbire mikseri çalıştırınca yer tavan duvar her yer tahin ve dolayısıyla yağ olmuştu. Bu sefer kavanozda, hatta üst kısmına bir poşeti dolayıp da mikseri çalıştırdım. Bu arada da bizim kedi bu saatte bu kadın ne yapıyor diyerek dibimden bana bakıyordu, onu da ekledim😅 Tüm malzemelerin iyice karıştığından emin olunca, yağlı kağıt yerleştirmiş olduğum kaba aktardım. Üstüne chia tohumları serpiştirdim, hem daha hoş görünüyor hem de çıtır oluyor. Ben 100 derecede 20dk kadar pişirdim. Fırından fırına çok değişiklik oluyor. 🎯 Elimle üstten bastırdım, katılığı hissettim ve çıkardım. Sonra dilimleyip kapattığım fırının içinde bıraktım, biraz daha kıtırlaşmasını sağlıyor. 10 dilime ayrıştırıp macrolarıma uygun kullanacağım. Nothing makes you feel old like studying and working out with a bunch of 17-21 year old guys aspiring to be PTs  But despite the age difference, I’ve actually managed to keep up with those little spring chickens in all the practical classes and I can even squat and deadlift more than some of them  A few years ago, none of this would have been possible. I was terribly unfit and completely lacking confidence and self esteem. If I had to participate in a group situation with a bunch of strangers, especially involving physical activity, it would have ruined me. I would have most definitely quit or at least had a panic attack.
