Hearty Low Carb Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small head cabbage, chopped 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional) Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until onion is translucent. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Goedemiddag lieve volgers 💕💕 🤭 En weer is de ochtend omgevlogen. Waarom gaat de tijd zo hard? Zo heb je toch niets aan je vrije dag? 🔹 Eerst even de boodschappen in huis gehaald en opgeruimd 🔹 Ik maakte de "Koningsdag 🇳🇱" Chiapudding voor morgenochtend 🔹 Ik heb een beginnetje gemaakt aan de "Koningsdag 🇳🇱" pudding voor morgenavond 🔹 Gister wilde ik graag een makkelijk en snel recept maken. Een tussendoortje maar ook een beetje voor "Koningsdag 🇳🇱." Dat recept was mislukt en heb ik aan de kliko gevoerd, die smulde joh 🤬 Ik baalde als een stekker en vind dat zo zonde van alle ingrediënten he ☹️ Toen zat ik nog met een spuitzak vol Oranje Botercrème. En gelukkig was daar gister reddende engel @koolhydraatarm_oanhskitchen met de nieuwsbrief met een makkelijk recept van muffins. Die heb ik vanmorgen ook nog even gemaakt (zie story) en kan daar straks de botercrème op spuiten 😃 Ook moest er nog even geluncht worden. Keto Strawberry Ice Cream 2 cans coconut cream (Refrigerate the cans until the cream part solidifies on top. Scoop out the cream and liquid of both cans into a bowl then pour out 3/4 cup of the excess liquid) 18 medium-sized chopped strawberries 3 tbsp vanilla powder 1 tbsp powdered Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze until it semi-hardens. Stir the melted parts with the frozen parts until you have a creamy blend. Hallo ihr Lieben 💗 Noch zwei Tage das Meer genießen und dem Rauschen zuhören. Noch zwei Tage den Sand unter den Füßen spüren. Noch zwei Tage sich verwöhnen lassen. Am Mittwoch geht es zurück nach Hause. Der Urlaub ist so schnell vorbeigegangen. Low-Carb Strawberry Shortcake 🍓🍰 Ingredients: For the Biscuits: 1 large egg 🥚 1/2 cup sour cream 🥄 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 🌰 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (such as erythritol) 🍯 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿 Pinch of salt 🧂 1 tsp baking powder 🥄 For the Topping: Fresh strawberries, sliced 🍓 Keto whipped cream (made with heavy cream and sweetener) 🥛 A sprinkle of love ❤️ Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Add the almond flour, sweetener, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Form the dough into four biscuit shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let the biscuits cool, then slice them in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half of each biscuit with sliced strawberries and a dollop of keto whipped cream. Place the top half of the biscuit on the whipped cream layer.
