In full summer mode here… It was definitely grill weather, and a nice slab of Swordfish just seemed the perfect candidate for a leading role in that production. Swordfish is easily my favorite grilling fish. It cooks just like its “turf” counterpart with no worries about it being overly precious when facing the flames. Pre-grill it received a simple EVOO and S&P seasoning. The grill did its bit, and on the plate some Shallot, Thyme, and Sea Salt Compound Butter melted in. On the side are grilled Veggies which I did not represent very well here. No stovetop, easy clean up, and knock-out, healthy eats. Shrimp, Tomatoes and Peas in Garlic, Butter Sauce over Skinny Pasta. This came together so easily. I started with olive oil, butter, and some minced garlic. Once the garlic was soft, I added the shrimp and covered and cooked on medium heat until just cooked through. Then I added salt and pepper, 1 diced tomato and a handful of frozen peas. I cooked just to warm the peas and release the tomato juices. I poured mine over Skinny Pasta. Keto Stuffed Peppers recipe: Ingredients: - 4 bell peppers (any color) - 1 pound ground beef - 1 small onion, diced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 cup cauliflower rice - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) - 1 can diced tomatoes, drained - 2 tablespoons tomato paste - 1 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 teaspoon dried basil - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. 2️⃣ In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent. 3️⃣ Stir in the cauliflower rice, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4️⃣ Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish. Le lasagne di zucchine senza pasta sono una ricetta facile e gustosa. Versione alternativa e keto dell’iconico piatto italiano, le lasagne di zucchina possono essere servite come primo o piatto unico. Zutaten für 1 Portionen: 250 g Magerquark, siehe Tipp 1/2 Banane 10 g Mandelblättchen 1 TL ungesüsstes Bio Kakao Pulver @koro_de 🛍️ 🛍️ 5% Rabatt bei Koro mit meinem Code: BHN5 auf koro.de oder koro.ch Zubereitung: Die Mandelblättchen in einer Pfanne ohne Fett anrösten. Order up : Caesar salad chicken crust pizza with fresh mozzarella Gotta tell you that going low carb has given me different options for my food choices. I never thought I’d make dough from chicken. However, with the Caesar salad on top or a nice serving of fresh mozzarella can add some some good flavor.
