Círculo es una película estadounidense de 2015 dirigida por Aaron Hann y Mario Miscione. . El film en sí me gustó porque conlleva un análisis sociológico. En base a qué decidimos quien tiene más derecho a vivir? Varias interrogantes se presentan y debates interesantes surgen entre un grupo de personas que aparecen de la nada en este formato que los obliga a decidir quién muere. Surgen conversaciones controversiales que quizá debatimos en la cotidianeidad con nuestros allegados: sobre racismo, homofobia, machismo, sobre los ancianos, sobre los niños, sobre el embarazo, sobre los inmigrantes. Esa es la parte interesante de la película. . Lo que a mí no me dejó tan satisfecha fue el contexto, creo que podría haber tenido un mayor desarrollo sin perder esa esencia de film grabado en una sola habitación. Podría haber habido más pistas, más indicios, porque hacen este experimento? Cuál es el fin? Muchas preguntas me quedaron sin responder. CIRCLE é um filme de terror/suspense bem legal esquecido no catálogo da Netflix - não confundir com The Circle, reality show meia boca que está na mesma plataforma. Esse filme de 2015 conta com apenas um cenário, uma sala escura onde 50 pessoas aleatórias acordam dispostas em um círculo, sem entender nada. Logo elas percebem que se trata de uma armadilha, e conforme as luzes apontam, pessoas são mortas. Eles terão que entrar nesse jogo doentio e escolher os próximos a morrer, na tentativa de salvar a si mesmo. Essa é uma produção de baixo orçamento e bem sucinta, mas que funciona super bem. O argumento é direto: pessoas vão morrer e a maioria deve escolher quem, o que levanta uma série de questionamentos morais, afinal como julgar quem mais merece viver? O ritmo é bom e a direção consegue manter a tensão viva do início ao fim, mesmo contando com um único cenário. Os personagens são bem estereotipados mas é algo que dá para relevar, só o final que força um pouco a amizade, mas ainda assim acho um filme interessante e acima da média do catálogo de terror e suspense da Netflix. "Circle" muestra a 50 personas completamente distintas entre sí, en un habitación esperando ser ejecutadas por ésto que los capturó, al parecer con ese único propósito, y en un lapso de un par de minutos, tienen que decidir, o esperar a ser ejecutados o ser elegidos para ejecución. Con una muy interesante y conceptualmente atrapante premisa #circle nos lleva a un punto dónde incluso nosotros decidimos quién debería ser el siguiente, bajo nuestra propia mentalidad, y eso es lo curioso aquí: puedes no estar de acuerdo en quién se va bajo qué razón, excusa o incuso propósito, ¡Estás eligiendo justo como los participantes del círculo! Es inevitable hacerlo ya que tienes la misma información que ellos en el "juego", incluso las mismas razones y es lo genial de la película, que te hace preguntarte tanto por quién votarías como por qué te votarían a ti y es que aquí, todo puede llevarte a la ejecución. Si en algún punto sientes que la película se cae o se hace tediosa, vaya, que va en círculos, creo que es a propósito ya que justo así es la vida, así "jugamos" todos en nuestro día a día, con el racismo, elitismo, homofobia, religión y todo eso que usamos para juzgar a alguien. Aunque, viéndolo como película solamente, sí es interesante pero dura más de lo que su misma premisa puede sostener; pudierin haber logrado lo mismo en 1 hr o menos. De qué va esta wea, creo eso sería un spoilear enorme, lo chido de la película es la ves sin expectativas, pero gran giro que tiene la chingada, no es muy larga, tiene un muy buen guión, algo que resalta es que toda la película transcurre en una sola habitación, la riqueza del guión es lo que hace que funcione como lo hace, muy ligera, el final está poco confuso pero cada quien lo interpreta lo a su gusto y hace que reflexiones sobre que tan de la verga esta la humanidad. Cercle est un thriller psychologique américain écrit et réalisé par Aaron Hann et Mario Miscone, sorti en 2015. Synopsis : Cinquante personnes reprennent conscience dans une pièce close sans se souvenir de comment elles sont arrivées là. Chacune est debout à l'intérieur d'un cercle dont elle ne peut sortir sous peine d'être tuée. Un décompte s'enclenche : toutes les deux minutes une personne est tuée au hasard par un rayon puis son corps automatiquement évacué de la pièce. Les prisonniers réalisent rapidement qu'ils peuvent voter durant ce décompte, et que la personne ayant récolté le plus de voix est tuée, jusqu'à ce qu'il ne reste plus qu'une seule personne… Petit film du soir sur Netflix, j'adore ce genre de pitch, film dans un lieu clos et unique, le réalisateur doit se baser sur un scénario solide pour nous tenir éveillés pendant 1h30. Tout de suite plongés dans le vif du sujet, nous aurons l'explication (rapide) du comment ces 50 personnes sont arrivées dans cette pièce, même si ça n'a pas une grande importance. Le sujet principal de ce long métrage est plutôt la où les réactions humaines face à la mort, comment survivre, comment les différents caractères agissent face à une situation extrême. Pendant 1h30 on fait face à l'homme dans ses côtés rationnels mais aussi le côté sombre, l'égoïsme, l'irrespect vis à vis des autres, c'est une peinture de la société américaine et plus largement de notre époque. Un esprit d'équipe qui s'effrite, qui s'efface, pour un monde individuel, chacun pour soit, chacun sa peau, certes la société et notre environnement nous poussent de plus en plus vers ce mode de vie, mais l'homme démontre qu'il n'a pas besoin qu'on l'incite beaucoup pour basculer dans ce mode de pensée : moi d'abord, les autres après. (366 Coisas em 2020 = 181) (Cinema = 73) #circle é um filme com uma premissa rápida de se entender e com um roteiro que nos absorve neste jogo muito rapidamente. Com baixo orçamento e ótima execução mostra um círculo de 50 pessoas que morrem seguindo uma lógica. Até propõe boas reflexões , porém o elenco e as situações não ajudam a dar profundidade (no meio da para perceber quem será o próximo , pelo tempo dado em tela e pelos dialogos) embora o resultado final foi até certo ponto inesperado não dá para torcer por alguém necessariamente. E pra que aquele final, o mérito era não sabermos nada além da sala, enfim. 🎥: Circle (2015) Dir: Aaron Hann & Mario Miscione DoP: Zoran Popovic - Circle was a really interesting and unique movie. It reminded me a lot of The Platform. It’s a sci-fi movie, in an enclosed setting, and it examines the way humans behave in an extreme scenario. The way it set itself up was good. It put us in the circle with the characters instead of separately giving us the rules. The style of the room was well put together. The red mixed with the black gives a sense of uneasiness and mystery. The characters are pretty one note most of the time, with some people shining through. The dialogue gets repetitive at points, but it knows how to move from one idea to the next which makes the pacing reasonable, and the short runtime helps with this. The red and white colors of the circle give a nice contrast, which makes this film nice to look at. The cinematography can be nice to look at sometimes, but other times it can get repetitive to look at, especially because a lot of the character shots are the same throughout the whole thing. The ending is the thing that I’ve thought about the most. In my eyes there are two endings: the ending of the circle, and then what happens after. The ending of the circle bit was really good, and something I didn’t see coming. It honestly could’ve ended right there for me, but it continued. The final ending was a bit disappointing. Not that it was horrible, I just think it needed more to be something great, and something to remember. Circle (2015) Directors: Aaron Hann, Mario Miscione Starring: Carter Jenkins, Julie Benz, Michael Nardelli — Filmed almost entirely in one room, Circle had to have a really compelling story to be successful. While the idea was interesting, everything else wasn’t lol. In this room, people have mysteriously woken up here and are being killed one by one. If the writing was better, this movie could have been good, but it got to the point where I didn’t really care what happened in the end. The acting wasn’t terrible, but the characters and dialogue really hurt the film. It became a constant, annoying shouting match in that room. But my biggest issue with Circle was that they couldn’t help but bring up every single human sociotype in a really tacky and annoying way. Regardless, it’s worth a watch because the idea should be unique enough to hold your interest. No tenia grandes esperanzas con esta pelicula, pero si curiosidad. Y pues me alegra haber sido curioso, eso de meter a gente en un circulo y que cada uno decida quien vive o no, es brutal!. Ahi se ven las miserias humanas y de que estamos hecho todos. Pensé que al estar todo el rato en el circulo, seria aburrido, pero escuchas los argumentos de porque debe vivir este y este otro no. En definitiva es una pelicula muy interesante y que te harà pasar un buen rato. Un arranque interesante donde 50 personas de toda condición van siendo eliminadas, una cada dos minutos, según se van nominado entre ellas. Pese al desastre del final mantiene la atención todo el tiempo y nos muestra los prejuicios que tenemos los humanos unos de otros y lo miserables que llegamos a ser cuando de salvar nuestro culo se trata.

Circle This film was never going to be good and anyone seriously watching it expecting a masterpiece is watching the wrong films. The dialogue and characters are rubbish. There's no other way about it, some of the lines in this are honestly laughable. The special effects are also dreadful but really who cares. Now once you're over the obvious flaws, there is so much to like about this film. It's unique, its sometimes clever and is extremely watchable. By the end, where you're rooting for different people I was honestly gripped. Ok it was in a jokey way but nonetheless I was really into it by the end. There's not much else to say, it's a fun, enjoyable watch (only if you're with someone though). And the subtitles on Netflix are hilarious.
