This was a story of two sisters, Delia and Lindy, who were inseparable growing up, but something happened that caused Lindy to move to Cleveland in the middle of the night and not come back home for 17 years. Lindy never got to meet her niece Brin or even knew she had a new niece. She receives a phone call from her old crush, who happens to be the police chief in her old home town, that her mom is asking for her and having problems since her stroke. Lindy can’t believe her sister hasn’t told her about any of this. With Lindy being home the past is starting to stir back up and Brin wants answers why she hasn’t be able to be around her aunt. 📖 This was such a great family drama and while I knew some of where the story was going, let me tell you the ending will leave you stunned. Such a great book. I definitely suggest you pick this one up!! 5 star read ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The McAvoy Sisters Book Of Secrets by @mokeefeauthor. Thank you to @netgalley for the advance copy of this one. Phenomenal writing! This one kept me guessing until the end while I was rooting for the McAvoy Sisters. The sisters grow throughout this novel and leaves you with a smile at the end. It was heartbreaking to read about their mother, even left me with some tears in my eyes, but this story is such a wonderful tale. This book is officially out next week, pre-order it ASAP!
