Miren qué cosa más rica!!, si hasta está haciendo chup chup!! Unos filetes de gallo, unas almejas,unas patatas, unos guisantes...y voila!! Platazo para empezar bien la semana! FILETES DE GALLOS CON PATATAS Y ALMEJAS . INGREDIENTES: 6 filetes de gallo o pez san pedro 1 cebolla 5 diientes de ajos 2 hojas de laurel 1 taza de guisantes congelados 1 cucharada de sazonador con cúrcuma 4 o 5 hebras de azafrán Sal y pimienta al gusto 1 patata grande 300 gramos de almejas Un chorro de aceite de oliva 2 cucharadas de perejil picado . PREPARACIÓN: Ponemos un chorro de aceite en la sal y pochamos la cebolla picada y los dientes de ajitos también laminados. Cuando esté pochado agregamos los guisantes el perejil y la hoja de laurel. Cortamos las patatas en trozos pequeños y agregamos al sofrito. Añadimos el sazonador y las hebras de azafrán, salpimentamos todo y agregamos el perejil picado. Dejamos cocinar tres o cuatro minutos a fuego medio cubierto con un poco de agua o caldo de pescado. Por último disponemos los filetes de gallo y las almejas y tapamos con la tapadera ahuecada, para dejar cocinar unos 7 a 10 minutos a fuego medio bajo. . Deliciosa receta, rápida y nutritiva. This is the only pasta salad you’ll ever need. Adapted from the legendary inagarten , this pasta salad is creamy, crunchy, fresh, with a perfect salty bite from all the Mediterranean ingredients. pearls_olives are the best olives for this! It was an absolute hit at my recent summer BBQs. Above and beyond the traditional pasta salad we know of. Ingredients: 1/2 lb fusilli pasta 5 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced 3/4c Kalamata olives, pitted and quartered pearls_olives 8oz feta cheese 8 Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped 1 English cucumber seeded and diced 1 can roasted garbanzo beans (see below) Dressing: 5 sun-dried tomatoes 2 cloves garlic 1T capers 1c grated Parmesan cheese 1c fresh parsley 2T red wine vinegar 1/2c olive oil 1/2tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Method: Place all dressing ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, rinse, and coat lightly with oil and allow to cool fully In large bowl place pasta along with all remaining ingredients. Add dressing and mix to combine. Enjoy! For Garbanzo Beans: Drain and rinse beans. Allow to dry them place on rims baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Overnight porridge al cioccolato 😍😍🫶🏻🍫 Perfetto per una colazione/merenda super veloce e buonissima🤩🤩 Ingredienti: -30g farina d’avena (io ho utilizzato 15g al cioccolato+15g neutra, ma se volete potete utilizzare anche 30g di farina d’avena+10g di cacao amaro) -120g di acqua -150g di yogurt greco -15g di marmellata di fragole X la cremina al cacao: -cacao+acqua Procedimento: 1) preparare il porridge, mescolando bene la farina d’avena con l’acqua in un pentolino e quando non saranno più presenti grumi, cuocendolo a fuoco basso mescolando continuamente. 2) una volta pronto il porridge, lo faccio raffreddare e aggiungo un pochino di yogurt. 3) inizio ad assemblare alternando il porridge allo yogurt, fino all’ultimo strato dove vado a mettere la marmellata. 4) finisco aggiungendo la cremina al cacao (che possiamo ottenere facilmente, mescolando il cacao amaro con pochissima acqua) 5) lo ripongo in frigo tutta la notte o qualche ora e questa colazione super bilanciata é pronta per essere gustata🥰🥰🫶🏻 #overnightoats #overnightporridge #porridge #oats #oatsforbreakfast #oatmeal #overnightoatmeal #yogurtbowl #yogurtgreco #farinadiavena #marmellata #creminaalcacao #breakfast #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #healthybreakfast #healthy #colazionesana #colazionisane #colazionifit #colazionelight #recipes #recipe #recipeoftheday #breakfastideas #healthybreakfastideas

Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas: (Makes 8 enchiladas) 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup lime juice 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 pounds cooked, shredded chicken 8 Xtreme Wellness Tortilla Wraps 2 cups reduced-fat Mexican blend shredded cheese 2 cups mild green enchilada sauce 1/2 cup low-fat 1% milk In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, chili powder and garlic powder. Add shredded chicken, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Fill the tortillas with chicken and cheese, reserving about 1 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top of enchiladas. Placed rolled tortillas seam-side down into prepared pan. Whisk together remaining enchilada sauce with milk and pour on top of enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Hier wie versprochen das Rezept für den Ameisenkuchen. Man kann ihn gut schon einen Tag früher zubereiten. Zutaten für ein Blech: 300 g weiche Butter 250 g Zucker 5 Eier 360 g Mehl 1 Pk. Backpulver 1 Prise Salz 180 g Joghurt 200 g Schokohagel Zubereitung Butter mit Zucker schaumig schlagen Die Eier einzeln untermixen Mehl, Salz, Backpulver mischen Zusammen mit dem Joghurt in den Teig rühren Am Ende den Schokohagel mit einem Schneebesen vorsichtig unterheben Backofen auf 180 Grad O/U-Hitze vorheizen Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen Den Teig darauf geben und gleichmäßig verstreichen Für 25-30 Minuten backen (jeder Ofen ist anders und wir mögen ihn lieber feucht als zu trocken) Herausnehmen und auskühlen lassen Wer mag, garniert den Kuchen noch hübsch. Strawberry Tres Leches Cake Ingredients: For the Cake: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 5 large eggs, separated 1 cup granulated sugar, divided 1/3 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the Tres Leches Mixture: 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the Topping: 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 cup whipped cream Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with 3/4 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture, and stir until smooth. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and beat until glossy. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cake batter until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. While the cake is baking, prepare the tres leches mixture. In a large bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Pierce the top of the cake with a fork or skewer. Pour the tres leches mixture over the warm cake, allowing it to soak in. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, top the cake with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
