Another point that I wanted to hit on today are FOOD SENSITIVITIES!!!! So, I actually had the ALCAT food sensitivity test done about 10 years ago. (Swipe left 5 & 6 times to see my ragged test results.) If you zoom in, you will be in shock; because, the green foods are the only ones I am supposedly not sensitive too. (Odd, but most shellfish show to be ok with my chemistry. However, I have a HIGH SENSITIVITY to lemon, oats, corn, cantaloupe, and orange 🤷‍♀️) Now, in addition to that, I am trying to integrate a low FODMAP diet into this already limited diet 😂😂😭😭; because, I have been diagnosed with SIBO, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. I am also trying to integrate the anti- yeast diet into BOTH OF THESE for my leaky gut 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’m sure you see the issue here….. I am committing myself to this diet for 6 months, gradually adding foods like cooked cruciferous veggies back in (seeeeee mom! Broccoli ain’t all it’s chopped up to be!!!!) I am also going to give you some updates; because, my belly is so distended from these 3 things that I look 9 months pregnant at this point. I used to feel ravenously hungry mid-afternoon so having something delicious and low carb that I could snack on was imperative. Non, tu n'es pas responsable de ne pas être en rémission ↓ Ne te sens pas coupable d'être en poussée, tu n'y es pour rien... Personne ne t'explique ce qu'est la RCH et les impacts qu'elle a sur ta vie, tu le découvres un peu plus chaque jour... jusqu'à réaliser que ce n'est plus possible pour toi d'être en poussée et que tu as envie d'agir mais tu ne sais pas comment. Personne ne t'explique que tu peux AGIR, et surtout personne ne t'explique COMMENT AGIR. Il faut que ça s'arrête ! J'échange chaque jour avec des personnes pour qui c'est toujours la même chose : "mon gastro m'a dit que l'alimentation n'avait pas d'impact", "mon gastro m'a dit que je pouvais manger normalement", "on m'a dit d'attendre de voir l'efficacité du traitement", "j'ai l'impression de ne pas me sentir écoutée du corps médical", "je me sens totalement incomprise"... Je suis passée par là et c'est pourquoi j'écris ce post aujourd'hui... J'ai passé 2 ans à me débrouiller toute seule car j'étais sans réponse, je ne savais pas comment faire pour manger normalement et ne pas réveiller ma RCH, j'ai passé des jours et des nuits à trouver des solutions sans savoir si elles allaient fonctionner, j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps et d'argent à essayer différentes choses, mais en vain... These Symptoms Are Not Random…⁣ ⁣ 🌱 Skin breakouts⁣ 🌱 Migraines⁣ 🌱 Brain fog⁣ 🌱 Anxiety⁣ 🌱 Depression⁣ 🌱 Fibromyalgia⁣ ⁣ This list of symptoms probably look like they’re all random, but in fact they’re all connected and often all point to the same root problem.⁣ ⁣ When you are dealing with gut dysfunction such as IBS, you can end up with a wide variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms that increase over time, leading to confusion as you start trying to “patch” all these different issues.⁣ ⁣ The problem is, unless you are addressing the root cause of all these different symptoms, you will spend your whole life “patching” different and new symptoms that will continue to crop up. ⁣ ⁣ It’s about as effective as snipping a weed instead of pulling it out by the roots. Until you address the source (aka root cause) it will keep coming back.⁣ ⁣ If you have these (and other) symptoms and feel like you are just running from one solution to to the next, you need to stop the patching and start reversing the main issue, which most of the time has to do with an imbalance in the gut microbiome, known as dysbiosis.⁣ ⁣ Do you have these symptoms?
