🍵🥞 Matcha Protein Pancakes (Flourless, Low FODMAP) Ingredients: 1. 2 large eggs 2. 1/2 cup rolled oats 3. 1/4 cup low FODMAP @casadesante Vanilla Protein Powder 4. 1 tablespoon matcha powder 5. 1/4 cup almond milk Instructions: 1. Combine the eggs, rolled oats, protein powder, matcha powder, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the oats are fully processed. 2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a suitable oil (like coconut oil or a spray oil that is low FODMAP). 3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the heated pan (about 1/4 cup per pancake). Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, or until small bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set. A few days ago, I found the cutest popsicle-makers I’d purchased ages ago and completely forgotten about. I christened them by making a healthier version of my beloved childhood chocolate popsicle favourite. These healthy treats are completely free of added sugar but just like the packaged pops, they are creamy, chocolatey and delicious. Hop tip: if you don’t have popsicle moulds, you can use paper cups instead and insert a small spoon as the stick. 🥛🥄⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Some people worry about eating seeds because of their high fat content. Although sunflower seeds are rich in oil, it is the healthy form of plant oil that provides your body with polyunsaturated fats. Główne objawy to: bóle brzucha, wzdęcia, zaparcia, biegunki, gazy, odbijanie czy mdłości. - IMO- to rodzaj SIBO- metanowe, czyli przerost bakterii metanowych w jelicie cienkim. It was when I was doing triathlons that my symptoms really got bad. I was using #fructose as fuel and it wrecked my gut, unbeknownst to me at the time. In someone who doesn’t have IBS this isn’t typically a concern. Fact: Low FODMAP foods can help some athletes improve endurance and reduce gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms. GI issues are common among athletes. FODMAPs, which are present in the gastrointestinal tract or ingested during exercise, can cause gas and osmotic effects that trigger or increase exercise-associated GI issues. Now you know!
