Iām a walker. Who is with me!? Iām that friend that says, āletās walk!ā And my friends all complain because where we are going is never that close. I love to walk, itās my easiest form of exercise. We go to a lot of doctors appointments. Can I state that as a fact? I make it a point to give myself extra time, when possible, to walk to every doctors appointment of mine. Of course there are exceptions such as when itās in a different state, if I have to walk a highway or bad/busy road in general, or if itās more than an hour (and I donāt have time or the weather is not right suited). The doctor appointments get me out. If I have the time I walk both ways, if I donāt I at least try to make it one way. I enjoy the sound of the cars and looking at my city as the days and seasons change. I might not be walking through a beautiful blossoming park but the fresh air and not being surrounded by the four same walls relaxes me a little bit more each day. ARE YOU A WALKER?
