AI and art 🤖 Back in the days instagram yoga pictures were as a form of art to me. I created the profile to keep memories of my progress, then it grew into more creative approach as I tried to find beautiful places to capture a pose. This picture was taking at a beautiful Westminster apartment for instance while assisting in filming the Yin and chakra course about 3 and something years ago. As I have an OCD of perfect lines, this picture wasn’t perfect to fit the square (pic 2) of an instagram grid, so it waited. Mindegy, milyen nehéz, fárasztó, stresszes, feszült vagy kétségbeejtő volt a napom. Ráállok a jógaszőnyegemre és néhány perc múlva minden kisimul, a helyére kerül. 🧘‍♀️ Hogy mi a titok? Számomra a lelassulás. ✨️Hogy megadom az időt magamnak megállni és újra kapcsolódni magammal. ✨️Figyelek a testemre, hogy mire vágyik, mi esne most jól. ✨️Hogy a folyamatos "menni", "tenni", "megoldani" után teret adok a "lenni"-nek is. Annak az állapotnak, amiben csak élvezem, hogy vagyok. Nincs feszülés, kontroll, akarás, csak türelem, megengedés és elfogadás. Béke és szeretet. Minden alkalom emel és tölt. De amikor oktatóként, a vendégekkel együtt gyakorlok, az valami egészen más megélés. Az az érzés, az az energia semmihez sem fogható. 🤍 Míg élek hálás leszek magamnak azért, hogy elvégeztem a jógaoktató képzést és minden félelmem, bizonytalanságom ellenére belevágtam a jógaoktatásba. Y así se vivió la sesión de Yoga & Bienestar Integral del pasado viernes en la empresa Raymond de México. ❤️🌿🙏✨ Fue una práctica suave conformada por 4 partes importantísimas en donde se promovió a TODO momento el autocuidado y bienestar general. 1. Práctica de Mindfulness practicando técnicas de respiración y atención plena. 2. Ejercicios básicos de Yoga facial para el autocuidado. 3. Calentamiento inicial. 4. Estiramientos profundos para liberar tensión y disminuir el estrés. Fue una experiencia padrísima llena de mucho aprendizaje. Gracias por tan cálido recibimiento. 🙏✨ Siempre tratando de dar lo mejor para de poco en poco ir creando consciencia sobre la importancia de priorizar nuestro bienestar físico, mental y emocional para dar lo mejor de uno mismo, siendo más eficiente y productivo en cualquier actividad que se realice (incluyendo POR SUPUESTO el ámbito empresarial). Camel Pose or Ustrasana is a chest-opening backbend that is energizing and beneficial. Ustra’ means camel and ‘asana’ means posture or seat. It is an intermediate level back-bending yoga posture known to open “Anahata” (Heart chakra). BENEFITS- * ✅Improves digestion. * ✅Stretches and opens the front of the body. It also strengthens the back and shoulders * ✅Increasing the Flow of Oxygen  * ✅Strengthening the Overall Muscles of the Body  * ✅Relieves the body of lower back ache. * ✅Improves flexibility of the spine and also improves posture. * ✅Helps overcome menstrual discomfort. PRECAUTIONS- * 🔵Back injury or neck injury, high or low blood pressure: Perform this pose only with the supervision of an experienced teacher. * 🔵Camel pose should be avoided by the person having sensitive knees, as it can cause discomfort and unnecessary pressure. * 🔵Avoid going to the deep position until your body is flexible enough to perform it. * 🔵Take time and practice Ustrasana with some variations and props to avoid discomfort in the beginning.  * 🔵Avoid straining if your hands cannot reach the heels. WOW!!! ‘Hi, it’s Pauline, reporting progress from the NZ walking tracks. All my creaky bits behaved!!' 🥾🥾 'A group of us oldies did your practices and releases after walks, encouraging each other to stay focused, knowing there was 🍷 waiting after the practices!’ 🥾🥾 Gotta love it – that willingness to listen to their bodies, do short practices to stay out of pain and still enjoy. 🥾🥾 Pauline has come for one on one yoga therapy sessions this year, to change her response to pain and to move safely in her body again. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Scale Pose /Tolasana, Elevated Lotus Pose, Utthita Padmasana/ 💫 Instructions 1. Begin in Padmasana (Lotus Pose). Place the palms on the floor beside the hips. 2. Exhale, push the hands against the floor, contract the abdominal muscles, and lift the legs and buttocks away from the floor. 3. Hold suspended for 10 to 15 seconds. Then lower your legs and buttocks on an exhalation, change the cross of the legs, and repeat for the same length of time. 4. To assist with the lift of the torso and legs, draw your inner groins up into the core of your torso, along the front of the spine. ✅Benefits: 1. Improves the strength of the arms and the shoulders. 2. Improves the digestive system as the core and the abdominal muscles are used to the maximum. 3.Improves awareness and balance. 4. Various muscles like the biceps, triceps and the brachioradialis of the arms are exercised. 5. Practicing this pose with the two Bandhas (mula bandha and uddiyana bandha), helps to build confidence and determination. 6. Activates the muladhara, swadhisthana, manipura chakra, while bringing them in balance to keep the body clear of toxins. 7. Along with confidence this pose brings a sense of stability and groundedness along with deep practice. 8.
