What you do for weight loss is what you’re going to do for weight maintenance. The major difference is going to be the number of calories you eat. Why do people struggle with keeping the weight off long term? It’s because they don’t take the time to form healthy habits. You need to learn and implement healthy habits on your journey if you want to keep your results. I want you to lose weight - but also keep it off for good. You are not going to do that if you are JUST focusing on shortcuts and quick fixes. In order to lose weight - you need to manage your portions, stay active, focus on sleep, stay hydrated, etc. in order to keep the weight off - you guessed it - you need to do the same things. Avocado Chicken Salad. 🍅🌽🥑 📷@cleanfoodcrush makes 4 servings Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Tbsp ghee/clarified butter 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered 2 avocados, cubed 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic corn, cut from the cob 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced a handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped juice of 1 large lime 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon each Instructions: Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and season with sea salt and pepper. Sear for about 4 minutes on each side, or just until cooked through and no longer pink in the inside. Set your cooked chicken aside on a cutting board to rest for a few minutes, then using a sharp knife, cut it into bite-sized cubes. Υλικά 60-65 μερίδες 100 γρ. σταφίδες ξανθές 200 γρ. χυμό πορτοκαλιού 250 γρ. μέλι 250 γρ. βούτυρο, σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου 2 γρ. μαστίχα 1 πρέζα αλάτι 30 γρ. κονιάκ 1 κ.γ. εκχύλισμα βανίλιας 100 γρ. γάλα πλήρες 7 γρ. μαχλέπι 900 γρ. αλεύρι μαλακό 1 κ.γ. κοφτό μαγειρική σόδα 1 κ.γ. μπέικιν πάουντερ ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού, από 1 πορτοκάλι 2 αυγά, μεσαία Χρόνος εκτέλεσης 50 λεπτά Εκτέλεση 1 Σε ένα μπολ βάζουμε τις σταφίδες, τον χυμό πορτοκαλιού και αφήνουμε στην άκρη για 2-3 ώρες για να μουλιάσουν. 2 Βάζουμε στον κάδο του μίξερ το μέλι, το βούτυρο και χτυπάμε με το σύρμα σε δυνατή ταχύτητα για 2-3 λεπτά να αφρατέψει το μείγμα. 3 Σουρώνουμε τις σταφίδες και τις βάζουμε στον πολυκόπτη. Κρατάμε τον χυμό στην άκρη. Χτυπάμε καλά τις σταφίδες να πολτοποιηθούν. Μεταφέρουμε τον πουρέ από τις σταφίδες στον κάδο του μίξερ και τον χυμό πορτοκαλιού. 4 Σε ένα γουδί βάζουμε τη μαστίχα, το αλάτι και χτυπάμε να γίνει σκόνη. 5 Προσθέτουμε στον κάδο το κονιάκ, τη βανίλια, το γάλα, τη μαστίχα και το μαχλέπι. 6 Σε ένα μπολ ανακατεύουμε το αλεύρι, τη σόδα, το μπέικιν και βάζουμε 3 κ.σ. στον κάδο του μίξερ. 7 Χωρίζουμε τα ασπράδια από τους κρόκους. Βάζουμε τους κρόκους στον κάδο του μίξερ και αφήνουμε τα ασπράδια στην άκρη. . 8 Προσθέτουμε το ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού και χτυπάμε καλά το μείγμα στον κάδο. Αφαιρούμε τον κάδο από το μίξερ και βάζουμε το υπόλοιπο μείγμα με το αλεύρι. Ανακατεύουμε με μια κουτάλα απαλά και συνεχίζουμε με τα χέρια μας μέχρι να δέσει η ζύμη και να μην κολλάει. 9 Προθερμαίνουμε τον φούρνο στους 170ο C στον αέρα. Πλάθουμε κουλουράκια. 10 Μεταφέρουμε σε ταψί με λαδόκολλα και αλείφουμε με το ασπράδι που είχαμε αφήσει στην άκρη.
