First day went better than I thought it would. I was expecting to be hungry and unsatisfied with 0 carbs or veggies. I actually felt great and energetic. Itās weird that before keto I used to dread eating a salad and treat it as a healthy eating chore, eating it with no oil and a tiny bit of that horrible fake low calorie mayonnaise.
