Today was one of those rare "milestone" days. 315 has fallen, it's a number a lot of raw guys chase and today was my day. Took a few up sets in the Catapult and nailed 405 for a double PR today. Did some back down work and went home. It's a lift worth celebrating but I'm already thinking of the next big number and the next 5lb PR.
