如果每每碰到X食物都被念 「快吃你的X」「你怎麼吃X吃那麼慢」「你怎麼都吃Y不吃X?」 口氣激動一點就從提醒轉成罵,甚至成為威脅: 「你不吃X就會生病」 「你再不吃X就會長不高」「你不吃X我就⋯」 久而久之這些負面的情緒會連結到該食物上,只要看到它孩子就會不由自主的感到無奈,反感,討厭,排斥,抵抗。 我們不用強求 0 到 1。 我們期待(!)盼望(!) 0 到 0.1 就好。 孩子只要願意把蔬菜放到嘴巴裡,哪怕只有一秒,或是咬一個邊邊,甚至又全部吐出來,都值得鼓勵! 這時候我們要眼睛一亮說: 「我看到你試試看花椰菜了!」 「你有沒有覺得自己越來越厲害?」 小心哦~ Silence is golden 不要濫用這些稱讚! 孩子吃菜的動機如果是為了討好我們或得到認可,也不會長久。接近吃飯尾聲的時候,就可以用「觀察分享」的方式給予孩子鼓勵。我覺得一餐鼓勵一次就好。 譬如: 「我看到你今天有吃兩口菜耶!」 「你剛剛有試著嘗試一口菜也耶!有越來越進步喔!」 講到這裡,很多爸媽會用食物(通常就是點心或垃圾食物如米餅,糖果,蛋糕)當獎勵。我不建議。這會讓孩子把吃蔬菜整個體驗變成苦差事,反而會提高垃圾食物的相對價值。那算法是吃越多蔬菜點心就可以更多這樣嗎? 沈默是金 。在開口之前,我們嘴巴釋放出的情緒的懲罰?還是鼓勵? 而同時,我們要相信自己的孩子可以從 0 到 0.1 ! #進步 #練習 #pickyeaters #routine #媽媽日常 #媽媽 #爸爸 #挑食 #兒童 #parentingtips #parenting #爸爸教室 #媽媽教室 #自信 #confidence #黃師堯 #小兒科醫師黃師堯 #禾馨民權特約門診 #黃師堯醫師 #DianthusVIPappointments #小兒科 #禾馨士林特約門診

I’m more into eating my food than drinking it.. however! If you are short on time, have picky eaters or in my case, hungry little tummy’s with 3 extra wobbly teeth, these smoothies really get the job done! 🍌🥑 ••• A quick one I made this week for school snack was; Ice 1 banana 1/2 avocado 40g oats 1 tsp hemp seeds 3 tbsp mixed fresh or frozen berries 100ml Full fat coconut milk 250ml water (adjust to your desired consistency) 🥤Whizz it all up and pour into a thermos to keep cold until snack break 🍌🥑🫐🍓🥥

Es ist ganz normal, wenn Kinder bis zum Vorschulalter phasenweise sehr wählerisch sind. 🌱 Solange sie gesund sind und sich normal entwickeln, besteht in der Regel kein Grund zur Besorgnis, selbst wenn sie nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Lebensmitteln mögen. Wir verstehen aber trotzdem, wie belastend es für Eltern sein kann. Das Gute: Die meisten Kinder finden früher oder später von allein zu einem vielseitigeren Essverhalten zurück. 👉 Ein Tipp, der dabei helfen kann: Schaffe eine entspannte Atmosphäre rund ums Essen. Biete deinem Kind regelmäßig verschiedene Lebensmittel an, ohne Druck auszuüben. Kinder sind neugierig und entdecken gerne Neues, wenn sie dazu ermutigt werden. It ensures the child has something they’re comfortable with, reducing anxiety about trying something unfamiliar. Over time, this can build trust in trying new foods. 3. **Keep offering the foods they don’t like in different ways:** - Sometimes, it’s not the food itself, but the way it’s prepared that a child may not enjoy. For instance, a child might not like boiled carrots, but they might enjoy them roasted with a touch of olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs. Experimenting with different cooking methods can reveal new preferences. 4. **Keep mealtime positive:** - A positive mealtime environment helps create pleasant associations with food. For the many folks who DMed me asking how I keep Pipkin's variety of food organized, I posted his food cabinet last week. Here is how I keep all of his beautiful little bowl enrichment decorations in the freezer. I cut off the labels and keep each in the compartment with the treats so I can remember what the ingredient is, (duck, goat milk, beef liver, etc.) where I bought it, and what the company calls it. This makes putting together different flavors, proteins, and veggies for a meal easy - it also helps for reordering. Lots of companies make seasonal decorations so the art changes, having the label makes it easy to find the ingredient I want for Pip. You may be wondering how I became pup-organized! I am an elementary school art teacher with 800 students I see weekly, Grades K through 5, 50 minutes each class coming and going back to back. How to Introduce Dairy to Babies 🐮 1. Begin introducing dairy from 6 months old in the form of yoghurt, cheese or small amounts of milk in cooking. 🧀 2. As a drink, offer cows milk from 12 months of age. 3.. Choose fortified whole milk containing vitamin D. 4. If your baby doesn't immediately take to cow's milk, mix it with breast milk or formula and decrease the ratio over time. 5. Serve milk in straw cups or open cups instead of bottles to prevent cavities. 6. Aim for 1 - 1.5 servings of dairy per day for toddlers aged 1-2 years old. Remember, always be on the lookout for allergic reactions.
