So here is my cornflake cauliflower. Home made orange zesty pecan granola π Makes ONE BIG BATCH! . 200g oats. 200g rice crispies. 3 egg whites. 200g honey. 1 large orange zest and a quarter of the juice. 1 lemon zest. I used 85g pecans and 50g sunflower seeds but you can adjust this to preference. . Combine all liquids and zest together then mix into the dry ingredients. . Place onto a baking tray so ingredients are touching (this will allow to form granola clusters) I used two trays. . Bake at 150 degrees for 15/20 mins. Remove and gently break up the granola trying to avoid making it too crumbly! Cook for a further 15/20 mins and repeat process until golden! . Makes 2 tartlets (You could even double the ingredients and make one BIG tartlet!) . β Slice 1 apple and divide between 2 mini cake trays into the base.
