One of the things I enjoy the most when I go wine tasting is trying out new wineries. We came across @blairfoxcellars store front in the quaint city of Los Olivos, California. Oh sooo enjoyed this Chardonnay from Santo Tomas winery in Baja, California. The winery is located in Santo Tomas Valley, an hour south from Valle de Guadalupe & it is the oldest winery in Baja. I haven’t had a chance to go there yet but was delighted to try @corazon_modern_kitchen. Although we visited Spain as well because my husband loves Tempranillo’s, Portugal does a great job creating wine in the Douro valley.
