I'm back to practice pull ups .. still not that good, but I see a little improvement in the negative. 𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗔 𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗖𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗢 ¿Qué es el sistema anaeróbico lactácido? 👉 El sistema anaeróbico lactácido es un sistema que nos permite metabolizar el glucógeno 🥖🥔🍚 almacenado en nuestro hígado y músculos, el cual será utilizado como fuente de energía 🔋⚡para generar contracciones musculares las cuales nos permitirán desarrollar actividades físicas de alta intensidad como por ejemplo el skipping o el repiqueteo intenso (video). 😃 👉 Éste sistema alcanza su potencia máxima a los 30 segundos. 🧨 Y posee una capacidad máxima de duración de 50 segundos. ⏱ 👉 Una característica de éste sistema es que luego de las reacciones químicas que se desarrollan en nuestro organismo para la producción de atp (energía necesaria para la contracción muscular) queda como resultante el acido láctico. 😯 👉 El ácido láctico puede ser resintetizado para ser nuevamente utilizado como sustrato para la producción de más atp. 👍 👉 Pero en ocasiones donde la actividad física intensa se mantiene en el tiempo, el lactato comienza a acumularse, gerenando asi mayor acidez la cual produce una inestabilidad en la homeostasis del PH. 😧 En consecuencia esto produce fatiga o dolores muculares, que a su vez provocan una disminución en la intensidad y capacidad con la que veniamos desarrollando la actividad física.🤨 👉 El umbral de lactato es la intensidad de ejercicio en la que el lactato (ácido láctico) empieza a acumularse en el torrente sanguíneo, y esto es algo que los deportistas podemos entrenar, para así con el tiempo poder lograr aumentar este umbral y mejorar nuestro rendimiento físico. 😃 👉 Si te gustó déjame tu comentario. 👌 Menciona y compartilo con quien pueda servirle. 💾 Guárdalo para practicarlo en casa! #workout #workoutprogression #workoutmotivation #workouttips #workoutencasa #workoutsvideos #workoutsvideo #entrenaencasa #workouttoday #diadeentreno #díadeentreno #entrenemosencasa
