It might be a lil too long for asian when comparing with the lulu asia fit sizing but it doesnt really bother me. Both the cutting and fabric are nice and they dont fluff easily. I love how you can do an effective kettlebell workout in a short amount of time. We all get busy but we can at least fit in some time to incorporate anaerobic and aerobic training into your daily routine or certain days during the week. In this routine, I did 7 rounds of 5 Clean and Press, 5 Goblet Squats and 5 Swings with 50 lbs. You can never go wrong with the basics. The weight will be easier to get up since my cut is done.
