Link in bio. . 1.) Bridges -Exhale as you lift your hips. Inhale as you lower them down. 2.) Reverse Plank marching -Exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower it. Modification: Reverse plank hold. Exhale as you lift up into reverse plank. Breathe normally at the top. 3.) Reverse table top plank. -Exhale as you lift your hips. Inhale as you lower them back down. 4.) Supine alt arm leg drops. -Inhale as you lower your arm and opposite leg. Exhale as you bring them back up. Modification: do arm drops only or leg drops only. 📌 Do 10-12 reps each and do 1-3 rounds depending on time and ability level. ❌Do not hold your breath when doing these. ✅Keep your core activated while performing each rep. Best ab/core challange ever. You can do at home or in the gym!! Ultimate goal is 10 minutes 🔥 🥵 But this girl only got to her goal of 6 minutes today (can I still blame my feet surgery for that?! 👣 😅 ) Start a timer ⏱️ and hold a plank for as long as you can until you hit your goal of 10 minutes (or whatever you set your goal as). The catch is EVERY time you drop out of plank position before hitting your goal you do 20 Russian twist (10 each side) then go back start your timer and continue to do your plank. 🔁 repeat this as many times as it takes until your goal minutes is reached.
