Segundo ejercicio que puedes hacer en casa esos días de entrenamiento casero.💪 El Push -up es un ejercicio difícil, sobre todo para las personas que no tenemos mucha fuerza en los brazos. Pero tienes opciones para comenzar a practicarlo sin hacerte daño. El que aquí te propongo es de Tríceps, los codos se flexionan hacia atrás, mucho más complicado que el Push -up de pectoral donde los codos se flexionan hacia los lados. Mi opinión personal es que trates de trabajarlo estabilizando tus escápulas y cuando lo hayas integrado, amplia el rango de movimiento. Now that you have the drills for doing handstands, let’s work on building that shoulder strength 💪Also just wanted to show off how cute the back of this sports bra is wtf 😍 But let’s get into the workout. I did this circuit style, going straight into the next exercise before resting for a minute at the end. Instead of simply holding the non working arm at your side, your deltoids will get an additional burn 🔥⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣🤓Concentric muscle action is when the force you are exerting is greater than the resistive force, leading your muscle to shorten.⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣➡️In the tricep extension, the concentric phase is when you are raising the weight back up, resisting against gravity. UNCOMMON BACKYARD WORKOUTS! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I know that quarantine has left a lot of you feeling like you can’t put in the work because you don’t have the equipment or the space or the proper instruction that you need to get it done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But I’m here to help. I want to turn your “cannot” into “can do” with a few no-fuss, uncommon, backyard workouts! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💪🏻 UPPER BODY RESISTANCE CIRCUIT ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Grab a light (yellow) and medium (green) resistance loop for maximum results. If you’ve never used resistance loops before, begin by performing each move with your lightest loop, and challenge yourself as you go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Bicep Curls - 10 reps, each arm 2. Lat Pulldown - 10 reps 3. Shoulder Press - 10 reps, each arm 4. Tricep Curls -10 reps, each arm 5. Tricep Extension - 10 reps, each arm. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 15 second break in between each move. Start this week right with a dumbbell only upper body sesh 💪⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣To make this workout efficient, I broke it down into supersets based upon muscle groups. Therefore, you will do a set of the first exercise followed immediately by the next before resting. If you’re also using light dumbbells, then keep rest time to a minimum!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Superset 1:⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Bicep Curls⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Tricep Kickbacks⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Superset 2:⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Hammer Curl (you can see I did an isometric hold at the top of the movement to make the move more challenging)⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Tricep Extension (watch beginning of video to make sure back is tucked and not extended❗️)⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Superset 3:⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Lateral Raises⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Single Arm Rows⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Superset 4:⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Rear Delt Flies⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Shoulder Raises⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Superset 5:⁣ ⁣✨4x10 Pushups (can modify on knees)⁣ ⁣✨4x5 Handstand kick ups (not required but highly recommend 😜)⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣Make it a great Monday and get in a killer upper body sesh.
