💥Metoditipsi💥 ➡️ 2-1 Eccentric Videoista löydät liikepankkia ihmisen vahvinta lihastyötapaa eli eksentristä lihastyötä kehittävään (maksimi)voimaharjoitteluun. 🔹️2-1 ECC-harjoitteet videoilla: 1️⃣ Staattinen askelkyykky pinnoille 2️⃣ Maastaveto jaetusta asennosta 3️⃣ Landmine työntö seisten 4️⃣ Ylätaljasoutu 5️⃣ Päkiänousu Harjoitteissa liikkeen eksentrinen eli jarruttavan lihastyön vaihe tehdään yhdellä raajalla ja konsentrinen vaihe toisella raajalla auttaen. Keskity tekemään jarruttava vaihe hallitusti 2-4 sec ajan riittävän suurella kuormalla, jolla et jaksaisi sitä yhdellä raajalla liikuttaakaan voittavaan vaiheeseen. Jotta kuorma on riittävän suuri eikä sarjan kesto tule liian pitkäksi, sarjojen mitta kannattaa pitää suhteellisen lyhyenä: 3-6 toistoa per puoli. Eksentristä vaihetta raskaasti kuormittava harjoittelu on melko kuormittavaa ja voi aiheuttaa varsinkin uutena ärsykkeenä enemmän lihasten mikrovaurioita. Tämän takia yhteen treeniin näitä ei kannata valita kuin maksimissaan 1 alaraajoille kohdistuva liike tai 2 yläraajoille kohdistuvaa harjoitetta ja loput perinteisempiä konsentris-eksentrisiä liikkeitä. Eksentrisiä 2-5 sarjaa per treenikerta riittää. Gratitude. That’s what I felt when I won the fight this weekend in Vienna. Gratitude, satisfaction, and inner peace. The journey to this victory was tough, I’ll be honest about it. In recent years, life has thrown so many obstacles and challenges my way that from 2019 to 2023, I found myself in a fairly deep depression, even though I lied to myself that I wasn’t. Broken personal relationships, personal struggles, financial problems, and health issues pushed me into a darkness where only shadows and coldness prevailed. But, because I rediscovered faith, I emerged from that darkness different; stronger and more resilient. People say I’ve changed. They’re not wrong. Not only have I changed, I’ve been reborn. The previous version of Elio is no more; I bid him farewell and buried him. And that showed this Sunday on the mats. There’s a saying: “The mats don’t lie.”, which roughly means that the mats don’t lie and that’s where the truth shines best. It’s either you are or you’re not. This expression emphasizes inherent objectivity, truthfulness, determination, skill, accountability, fairness, and transparency. And I’m grateful that I could showcase all of that and who I am. But because one swallow doesn’t bring spring, I realize there’s still a long road ahead of me and that the journey has only just begun. At this moment, I’d like to thank my tribe, the people who believe in me and stand by my side. My Marjetka. My family. My true friends. I’d also like to thank my loyal army from Perun, my team from TNT Gym, and the early-morning crew from 10th Planet, who are most responsible for my progress on the mats, especially Coach Gregor and his competition group. I dedicate this victory to you, because without you, I don’t exist. The final destination is unknown, but the principles and values remain the same. To be a better person than I was yesterday. Practicing with lighter weights or even just a barbell can be beneficial. 3. Follow a Structured Program: Use a beginner-friendly program that focuses on gradual progression in the main lifts. So lasts weeks SBD day I finished with a deadlift of 285kg on no food all day and lack of sleep, it moved pretty well Had me thinking I must be close to 300kg with better conditions… I’m currently nightshift, lack of sleep but I did just wake up, no food but had eaten closer to training as I ate last night 3:40am Thought I’d give it a crack today… So Close!!
