Day 25 of 28 StoryAthlete GRIT Round 55 - 1537 Days of GRIT - COMPLETED StoryAthlete Principle: “I Embrace 37X Growth” My *Flex* when I’m networking and chatting with people, is my Burpees. Many people don’t like them at all! So when they hear, not only how many I do, everyday, as a warm-up And as a main workout, they’re flabbergasted. When they here how Long I’ve done them for, they lose their minds! And it’s not that I skip days either. I’ve done them Unbroken, not missing a day, this entire time! For the record, Today, I finished my 1337th day of 100 burpees a day. Unbroken, never missed a day. Such a simple statement, but so much in it, when you really think about what I’ve accomplished so far! Embracing 37X Growth means to me, to improve myself a little bit everyday. Do that everyday, for a whole year, and you don’t just improve yourself 365X, it’s actually compounded everyday, to get to 3700X! What happens when you do that for More than a Year? I coined for myself, a club, called “Club 1,000”. It’s a club where when you’ve done something for 1,000 times, you join the club! I’m the first member, and in at least 6 catagories, I’ve gotten to the 1,000th day and beyond. I’ve since not kept track, after I’ve written well over 1,100 posts, and shared them to social media. I’ve worked out for, as of today, 1,537 days. Also, I’ve written an additional post, in relation to working out, and how I see it as my identity. That’s another 1,537 posts too! Along with working out, I’ve also done 1,337 days of 100 burpees a day! I’ve meditated 1,461 days, ever since I started at the beginning of the covid lockdowns. Last but not least, I’ve done well over 1,000 days of videos, practicing my video-presence. Unofficially, or rather, undocumented, I’ve probably read every day, for over 1,000 days. I’ve also probably done Steel Mace work, over 1,000 days as well. What happens when you take action every day and you do that, consistently, for a very long time? What does your life look like, when you do what’s beneficial for you, over 1,000 days? It’s an interesting and amazing life!
